I have been enjoying it so far, people say its easier than my old system.

Pros

I like how easy it is for my patients to book online and how flexible the software is. My old software would only let me book in 30 minute increments which was a problem when I got busier and wanted to shift to 20 minute slots. Was easily integrated with my website.

Cons

I wish it was a little sharper looking, I would like to make it more modern. Also, I know that its a reach, but I wish it was more integrated with my office software, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

I love that it sends out reminders. The app is fairly easy to use for all ages

Cons

It needs to have more options to customize things. Id like to beable to click and drag clients to easily move in the calendar. It needs somewhere to add notes

Love them, always in touch with me and I feel it’s a great team

Pros

This is a system that allows for online bookings with me and the client being emailed, confirmations sent and me told when they confirm and easy online booking for them when I’m busy 🤗

Cons

I think the calendar is a little glitchy and clunky on the app but always loads, just needs some work

So far we've had a positive experience. As we slide into the next year where we'll be using it 100% we're looking forward to seeing how much time this really will save us!

Pros

Appt confirmations/reminders, every client we've spoken to about receiving them has been very pleased with the idea. Different services you could setup. Ease of use. Geno at Tech Support is incredibly responsive and has taken ALL recommendations into consideration for future releases. Great Tech Support, Geno was amazing at pulling over 1200 clients over from a csv file for us into the software and has taken note of all suggestions for future releases.

Cons

No easy print option (Geno helped us with a hack that works just fine in the meantime). Color-coding "services" or appts would be great.

We had another online booking software before Bookedin. They were adequate until they sold to Booksy. Booksy changed the platform and made everything inconvenient. Luckily, I found Bookedin which had a very similar platform to the previous software only better. It has a better interface, it looks cleaner, and it is simpler to use while having more features. The cost is about the same. There are a lot of options out there so I am grateful I found Bookedin fairly quickly and that it suited our needs so well.

Pros

We use this software for new patient appointments in our chiropractic office. It was simple to put the button our website so people can schedule themselves. They get a text and/or email reminder and pay for the service when they schedule so they rarely miss. In addition, we we keep our hyperbaric and massage appointments on the calendar. The reminders and the simplicity of the whole design is perfect for us.

Cons

If there are any cons, I am not aware of them.

It fit really well with what we needed. We need a software that keeps a few different schedules and is easy for prospective patients to schedule themselves online. Bookedin is perfect for our needs and we hope that never changes.

The support team is amazing. I have spoken with \[sensitive content hidden\] a couple of times during set up and he was able to walk me through what I needed done.

Pros

The most helpful feature is once you enter the client's information, the next time you book an appointment, all their information auto populates. Also, if you accidentally spell the customer's name wrong, you can go in and change it and it will update that information on the appointment.

Cons

Not as user friendly if you need to book an appointment for more than 1 person. You need to book each person separately at the time of the appointment.

I know many people use Calendly. I just didn't like that you couldn't talk to a person about your questions. They were only available per chat. I just find their product confusing.

Im a hairdressed and I use it to make it easier for clients to book, cancel and reschedule appointments. Also like how it sends them a notification 24 hours before. Over all a very simple network to use for booking.

Pros

Very simple for clients to use. Link is very easy to access and my clients navigate it very well.

To pricy for something that is very basic

I would like the ability to track payments by lessons, even if the payments came from outside the Bookedin program. Much like the ability to click confirmed or no show for attendance, I would like the ability to show if a particular lessons was paid or needs collection.

Bookedin is working for me. Very good program if you use it for what it is intended.

Pros

Bookedin would be great if I were using it like it was intended. I couldn’t find one I liked that was reasonable so I adapted Bookedin and trying to make it work.

Cons

I felt like I had to struggle to much at the beginning due to the fact customer service never called me to help set the app up after I made an appointment with them at 12:00 noon several weeks ago.

We have made it work for awhile now and it does not seem there is a better program out there for scheduling the way we need to do it. Looking forward to the future with Bookedin.

Pros

My workers are glad we have it. Leaps and bounds over the old paper system.

Cons

Having 2 locations is a bit troublesome. The employees that work at both locations had to set up with several email addresses. We make it work but look forward to an update that accommodates several locations more efficiently. Also the booking page itself I wish highlighted the individual worker instead of the option for any.

Recommend on online search and the videos on how it’s used helped envision us using it well for what we do.

I've used Bookedin for a few years now and its really worked very well for me.

Pros

I love the ease of using the app on my phone and on the go can change and manage schedules of clients.

Cons

The only con I have is there is no payment request via the app. I believe this would be a great feature to have. When booking a client, getting deposit is the most important aspect in making sure you have secured that client and timeframe.

I have a busy, small home business, where I work by myself. When I first started the only help I had was my answering machine. So clients would call me when I was busy with a client and unable to answer the phone to book an appointment, many times they called from work and left a message to call them back. If I had a little spare time I would call back only to get their voice mail, saying they were unavailable at that time, and this was the hide and seek game we played until we finally got a hold of each other, it was sometimes very frustrating for me and for them. My husband found out about BookedIn and suggested me I should give it a try. I was a little bit intimidated about using the system, because I am not so good with computerized technology, but decided to go for it. I am glad I did, it is so easy to use and made a big difference on my business, on how I use my time, on my performance and state of mind and my relationship with my clients. I have received comments from my clients on how glad they are to be able to book their own appointment, picking the day and time that best match their schedules. About the features in the software I can't say too much because I don't know how to use all of them, but I am happy with what I am using, customer support I only used once, about a misunderstanding on receiving payment, but after I got in touch with customer support team it was corrected very quickly, and value for the money is good too, because would cost me a lot more if I had to hire a secretary. So I am very satisfied with the software, which I have been using for over 3 years. Thank you BookedIn Team. Maria Arongaus

I like Bookedin and I am happy that I bought this program. This has really helped my organize booking and tracking my appointments.

Pros

I own a cleaning company and some days our schedules are changing very quickly. I really like the accessibility, I can use it on my laptop or phone based on where I am at that moment. If one of my crew has a sick child and I need to cover that appointment with someone else or a client can't make our scheduled time, I can take care of everything right away.

Cons

If I have two people booked for a job, I would like that the client's text confirmation message showed them as a team instead of individual bookings. Once you make contact with a Bookedin representative they take care of your problem. Making initial contact has been a bit challenging.

Excellent product, experience, and customer service!

Pros

This software is exactly what I needed as I began a new mediation business. My clients (attorneys seeking to calendar mediation dates for their own clients) can now look at my schedule and book mediation dates easily and without any hassle. I get the confirmation email, which helps me to reach out to my clients for additional information. In a short time, I have gone from zero to relatively busy--and Bookedin has been a key contributor to that success.

The integration was seamless and the software itself was, for me, fairly intuitive. No complaints.

Pros

This is a very easy app, for both customers and me to use. It also expands and offers other features like other users, email and text reminders, easy to use customizable schedules and 5 free bookings a month on a standard account. Which made transitioning to a more comprehensive app and stragglers, who get hundreds of emails and never opened my newsletters, can still "book in" without a hastle.

Cons

It was only a schedule and the service and pricing area was confusing. I loved the app but I needed to expand my capabilities a little.

I've been using Booked In for 2+ years now. I cannot adequately express how much time and energy this booking platform has saved me. I run a busy Massage Therapy clinic with four other RMTs. I can easily update schedules; add a practitioner and modify services offered. The program is easy to use and doesn't require my patients to have yet another login and password {trust me, more important than you';Ltd think!} Both patients and practioners love the e-mail confirmation feature. It has reduced the number of missed appointments and allows clients to reboook if something has come up. I don't think you will find another program as easy to use and financially feasible for a small business owner. The customer support is phenomenal. Any questions I've had have been addressed in a timely and friendly manner. I have recommended Booked In to a number of other small business owners & will continue to do so. We love supporting a Canadian small business!
