This has really helped us to grow our online ecommerce business. Pros Creating designs and website settings in Justuno is very user friendly. The company has great templates for creating your campaigns. Cons Game Bibs has been using Justuno for several years now and it has worked very well for new customer acquisition. Increase in interactivity on the website resulting in more clicks Cons The GUI is a bit boring and could use some additional .css capabilities. But if you sell services or products online, then Justuno is very helpful in engaging your customers to prevent “shopping cart” abandonment as well as increasing your fan base on your social media sites. The premise behind Justuno is simple, but if you read the community and support pages, you will realize there are a lot of good strategies for leveraging Justuno to increase your revenues and your social media marketing. Once I did, I spent some time researching the various email pop up services, and I can save you some time as I wish that I had found Justuno first. They offer the best overall package based on product, service, and pricing. Their design canvas is by far and wide the most impressive part and more advanced than any others that I tested. I use photoshop, which has similarities. I easily match my designs with my site, along with my offsite ad creatives. Syncing with my email provider Klaviyo was a breeze, and when I got more comfortable with the platform, the geo targeted promotions were really effective. I also like that it comes with models that I can edit and cater best to what my intended function will be. It allows someone with little skill to drag and drop, or an advanced user have more control. March 24, 2021 4.0 Pros It's super easy when it comes to capturing leads via popups on websites. It has some amazing features that ensure email captures without annoying the user. Cons I wish they had a feature where they could send notifications flagging off the monthly usage of email credits. I wish they gave the user an option to upgrade the account instead of turning off the campaign without any notice. However, their integration to websites could have been a little easier and quicker. Pros How simple it is to use and put up an interactive ads. They also provide rules so that we don't just annoy our audience out with the same ads over and over again. Ad placement is also great, it makes it hard to miss the ads. Cons It doesn't provide a lot of trendy design. Their design is great for coupon and promotions, but for for other uses of ads or newsletter, we don't find a lot of value as we are in a creative industry, we would love to stand out more. Pros Justuno is EXPENSIVE. They charge based on the traffic to your site (we have a lot). It's just a lot of money to pay for just on-site pop ups. Pros There's not a big learning curve for most people and it's easy to see what is performing and what isn't. Cons So far we haven't had any problems. If I could change anything, I'd make it more clear how each rule functions. While many are intuitive, some don't do exactly what you'd think based on how they're worded. We use this to provide pop up when we run sales on certain products. The app allows us to specify so many rules to target exactly when and who we want. " June 2, 2018 2.0 It collected over 500 email addresses but this can be achieved using my email marketing provider. Pros Possible functionality was what attracted me to the Justuno but it just didn't live up to my expectations. I liked the popup special offers and setup one to give new customers a discount from a generated code - the code never generated. Cons Too difficult to use and once setup stopped working and caused issues. I setup a simple popup to collect email addresses and set it to pop up after 2minutes - it disregarded the timing and popped up immediately. After a couple of months customers entered their details and it would not accept so I had to disable it. I have now unsubscribed. Review Source TM Taylor M.
