There are a lot of features to help maximize ROI and customers don't feel pressed to make a decision because it blends right in. Cons The platform is a bit hard to use. Pros It is very versatile - I always find new ways to advertise and new banners to use on this piece of software! Cons I do find the software difficult to use, and getting the images and text to align can be difficult sometimes. But I don't do anything complicated with it. Cons Not using the premade templates and using the integrations isn't easy. There isn't like a quick guide on how to create ads and what rules to set. The WYSIWYG editor makes it super easy to go in and make changes Cons The dashboard and analytics could be a little more intuitive. The metrics are great but I think there might be a nicer way to display them and show changes we should make based on what's performing best. I think with a web developer on the team it would be easy breezy. Cons Some integrations are difficult. We've used MailChimp but we had a hard time setting up the form in the pop-up.
