I love many features such as the tagging which allows you to pull previous applicants into a pool if you need to reach out to them later. The analytics are also great! Pros They are a company that truly cares about their product AND their customers. We have a great relationship with our account rep, and they truly take all feedback into account in trying to better their platform consistently. Cons There hasn't been anything we haven't like about Hireology. It is a tech oriented platform (as are all vendors these days), so it has been a bit difficult to get our senior management to adapt to it, but that is entirely our responsibility, not Hireology's! Pros We initially chose Hireology to find other recruitment solutions to help us in the onboarding process. Initially it was great and it still is a recruitment solution. Unfortunately, we still had to sponsor ads on indeed to see a good response to our Hireology positions. So we were still having to pay other sources to funnel our applicants to indeed. Cons Hireology is fairly priced, but having to still sponsor postings was not something we liked. Also, the ability to target specific zip codes is great. But the cost of that was quite a bit more than what we anticipated and did not get a good response for the amount. Review Source JT Joseph T. February 1, 2023 4.0 Hireology improved the hiring process exponentially, since previously our contact mechanism with candidates was by email, however, this platform allowed us to have more direct communication and follow-up on each candidate who signed up for our job offer. Hireology allowed us to modify the characteristics of the job position open in our company, it allowed us to place an average salary and the number of work hours required. I loved Hireology, it made it easier and faster for us to recruit new candidates, it made our company grow exponentially with the help of the employees. Pros Hireology made it possible for us to streamline the overall hiring process. I liked that this platform allowed me to obtain various offers from candidates, since this service is connected with Indeed and Glassdoor, to have a more complete candidate system, it is capable of filtering candidates available on more than 10 job search sites. I really liked the system for scheduling appointments with candidates, even though these appointments cannot be executed online, I consider that this function was essential for us to be able to book an appointment with the candidate and thus interview him correctly. I also liked the job ad creation system, this system allows me to turn ad off and on when I want to search for new candidates, I can search for candidates without having to create a new ad, that's great. Cons Currently this system does not have a function to carry out online interviews, this is very necessary function since there are some candidates who prefer to carry out their interviews without physically showing up at our offices for an interview. The second negative point is that this platform is not capable of offering us candidates who are close to our business location, this causes the search results to be much more extensive and candidates who are not close to our labor office are displayed. The setup took a minute, but once finished, it has been relatively easy to manage. It is a product that you have to work. It is not going to magically solve hiring issues, however, it's an excellent tool to help organize your process to become more efficient. Pros Hireology has streamlined our applications to all go to one place. Previously we had log ins to multiple sites, creating extra work for HR. Now all roads lead to Hireology. Cons Missing piece was the automated communication, which looks like it's being rolled out now. We also would love for data to be fed over to our payroll system. Love being able to quickly summarize the status of a job. Onboarding was great - Hireology staff was so helpful and responsive! Candidate tracking is seamless! I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone! Pros We are so thrilled with our choice to use Hireology! This single platform smoothly manages so many processes! Great CX interface. Our ability to track applicants, communicate with them, and time to hire has all improved immensely! Cons (1) Haven't gotten the career site up and running yet... that seems to take more time/thought and coordination with Hireology team. (2) The only inconvenient functionality I have found are the Filters on the Jobs page - if you change Status & Visibility, then find what you need, and then go back to the Jobs page - it has defaulted back to "Open", "Internal" and "Public". The filter selection doesn't stay where I last used it. (3) Referral Campaigns can only be sent 'on the hour' which is limiting. (4) Probably the most desired would be to have the ability to do an analytics by the job, not just as a whole. I have department heads that are involved in hiring decisions and some are more "responsive" than others so it skews my numbers, I would like to be able to compare. THANKS! The system is very intuitive and easy to use. Pros Their people. From \[sensitive content hidden\] all the way through the company, the employees are top-notch. Great attitudes and very, very helpful. Cons The system has some limitations/issues that sometimes are difficult to resolve. Pros I like that the all communication (including hiring managers) it's in one place. Has organic posting that saves us on job postings, able to text candidates, and you can view the candidate work flow stage. Cons It's a cookie cutter system and most of the time you're unable to tailor processes based on our needs. Some good features. No training was involved as you are just left to figure it out on your own. I'm sure there's more to it but when you have a million other tasks to do a day, you don't have time to stay on the site to figure it all out. Very few applicants of any kind for jobs that we have had some success with using Hireology in the past. I reached to let them know about the lack of applicants and see if there was something wrong. I received a reply that said they would check into it, but then no other contact, no resolution, and still almost no applicants. Then decided to cancel and try Indeed directly, where we received multiple well qualified candidates immediately, and have made hires from them. Any issues I have they respond asap, they also help to problem solve with you when you are not meeting goals. The program its greatly functional but is also ongoing with development and that is very helpful. Pros I like that I can have ads already generated to make duplicates, the site rarely ever glitches and is always running proficiently. Cons The program could have a better organizational aspect, such as emails and text being available right in the program itself.
