Can't run reports on tags, notes, anything. Waste of time to enter data, when you can't generate reports that your boss wants- just some Mickey Mouse reports- fluff. Pros It captures applications from major job boards you can't. I suppose the green color is pleasing to the eyes. Cons Spend time entering data- and can't easily generate reports. Also, when you do manage to generate something, I have found missing data. Applicants that were hired, not showing up on report. Hire date not transferring to Payroll properly. It also saves all applications indefinitely so I do not have to keep them on site. Cons It is not very user friendly. When I am going through applications and move them from the initial job location to a potential candidate or inactive, it is often difficult to then find where they have gone. Pros One login to the entire employee process. I can see where this will be great on the go. Still need to get it on my mobile. We are hiring and need fast turn around in our industry. The customer service is very supportive and quick to assist. Pros This software is easy to use, it saves your past jobs and stores your applications - which I find very useful. Pros Easy to create job opening ads and choose how they were marketed. Cons The results are not very good. Very few candidates apply via Hireology. June 7, 2017 1.0 As soon as I started working with this product...I immediately started demoing other products for us to switch to. Cons This entire product is horrible. It's not user friendly. It doesn't sync up with your email or calendar. You are not able to quick view an applicant's resume. You are not able to quickly look up notes or leave them with a date stamp unless you date stamp the note yourself. The customer service is not great either. Review Source JM Jill M. Cons The background check was a phone call and a note to me that nobody answered the phone. This describes my entire experience with Hireology. The company and I would describe completed services in very different ways. I feel I received no valuable information from the company. Ended up not really using the product and, after a year of not using the product, they automatically charged me to renew my account. I called them that very day and they refused to close my account and refund my money. Let me stress, I was actually trying to cancel my account on the renewal date and did not want to use the account for a single day of the new term. Review Source NJ Naima J. Pros Very easy to implement and pretty easy to use / customize to your business. Integrated with our HRIS (Paylocity) which was a plus! I really liked that we are able to leave comments and track the steps to hiring a person and the feedback it would give us. Cons I did not like that we have to click into different pages to get to the page we need.
