I appreciate the calendar option, the ability to see different projects, timelines, notes, etc. Cons It is way too slow. Scrolling takes forever. Sometimes, changing one date, other dates won't update accordingly. It is in line with most of the methodologies (at least with waterfall ones) and supports managing the projects easily. All the needed functionalities are on place. Cons The design and layouts look like from the past of like from MS Project. It is a cons as we need to expirt most of the reports for other stakeholders and this is just not right for showing to other people. It also allows email notification for any changes, uploads, created materials etc. that is sent to all users. Cons Not too user-friendly. Also, I receive notifications which I don't find relevant. Am not sure if it has the capability to only send notifications to select recipients that are concerned about the subject/project. " February 7, 2018 1.0 Pros It’s just a basic scheduling program with no features or option to do anything else. You are very limited with what you can do and printing options. If you’re running a project and you want a wall size schedule as in posterboard size this software is in capable of making anything larger than 8 1/2” by 11” Cons They have zero customer support, you happy leave a message on a voicemail system and they will get back to you at their leisure. If you have a billing issue they will only send you an email and will not communicate with you via a telephone. Careful of their pricing options! Have a very deceptive pricing method! In addition, we could import our MS Project plans and integrate it with Google Docs, Ms. Word, Excel or even Project Server. It has so many features and functions. There is a lot of use and it's such a helpful software. I highly recommend this software to leads/managers/supervisiors. Pros Ease of Use. The dashboards are clear and easily accessible. Easy to share among leads/managers. Task Management function is really great and helps everybody stay on track. " July 27, 2017 5.0 Automated organization and task delegation for complex projects with many individual tasks. Visibility of project progress and issues for all levels of company. Pros Automatic Assignment of tasks and alerts and due dates helps immensely in keeping complex tasks organized and on-schedule. Cons Written helps are not very helpful - they describe the features but not how to use them. Tutorials that I have seen are mostly about general PM concepts- not how the software specifically helps. April 23, 2018 1.0 This company should be ashamed of how they communicate to their customers that are actually willing to pay for this bad product. Despite the billing errors, I would have continued using the product since I invented the time to actually make it worth something. Legal actions are being pursued since they are unwilling to respond. Pros The dashboards and graphs is what caught my attention about this project although you can earliest create this in Excel. I should have done this in the beginning. Cons You can't modify any of the reports, graphs or dashboards. You loose the original format of your project plan once you export and reimport. The ability to put in vacations and holidays based on project needs is nice! Cons The reporting options could be a little more user friendly with better output for project reporting to upper management and persons not in the project team. Also, it would be nice if holidays would populate previous projects or if we could advise what projects should have the holidays included.
