April 24, 2017 4.0 I have used this for personal projects for many years and find it easy to use and manage on my own. Now the Big Test. I'll be using it with a team, and I'm looking forward to using the dashboard and other team functionality that's there. Plus it interfaces with Basecamp which provides related collaboration and task management features. They connect directly, so it should be a great fit for our growing needs. Pros Great customer service! The software offers excellent functionality and value, even for small ministries like ours. Cons Not always intuitive, but it continues to improve. As a beginner, I can hop on and figure out how to use its various components rather easily. The customer support has always been helpful, and the recent training we received provided additional tips to optimize the program for our use. Pros Projects are easily created. February 11, 2021 3.0 The worst part of this software, is the company behind the software. Pros Easy to use and deploy. Cheaper cost of entry than the better optioins available. Cons 1\. You don't own your data. No exit strategy. Data security. 2. Customer service is ATROCIOUS. Rude email replies, no phone service. 3. Onerous billing practices (which are clearly laid out in the fine print of their terms & conditions.) 4. Unwillingsness to let you leave. They will continue to bill you to the full extent of their terms...like it or not. READ THE FINE PRINT. It reminds me of a gym membership. WARNING: I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY GOVERNMENT OR BUSINESS USERS ADOPT THIS SOFTWARE. I WILL MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO MY STATE GOVERNMENT TO AVOID THIS VENDOR. Review Source GP Graham P. Pros Easy to use and if you dont need scheduling it might be ok. It had potential until we got to the billing.. Cons the whole billing and pricing is a scam... they offered us a demo and then billed us anyway and continued billing us for 2 months. still have not been able to cancel as there is no easy online way to cancel Review Source GT Gina T. The customer service team is also great. Cons If you are planning on using this product on a large I would suggest looking elsewhere as it doesn’t really support larger project and it’s difficult to manage a lot of projects at one time. There are other better project manager softwares in the market and for better price too.. Pros Nice features to use... Easy to track.... I still will not recommend to go with this company. Cons Not mobile friendly... What I do on computer, cannot do on mobile on some function.. defeat its purpose.. Customer service - HORRIBLE.. Project Engineer Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "The best MS project alternative" January 12, 2016 4.5 Pros If your used to MS project than this is the best alternative, it has similar features plus great team collaboration and best of all can be accessed anywhere and for a great price. I tested 12 of the best project software out there and few came close to rival this one, the implementation of critical path was key for us and a Gantt chart. All the other software companies seemed to base their software around a list or a poorly executed Gantt chart which looked like a tweaked excel document The vendor was great, showed us everything we wanted to see and all the great features. Response to emails is quick Cons The fact that you had to enter credit card details for the free trial almost stopped me getting this software, if they hadn't have called I would have never tried it. All other vendors give you a free trial without CC details but I now I regret not trying it sooner.
