When I was billed I immediate notified that I want it canceled and to check my records I have never logged in. They refused to credit me and are forcing me to pay for the full 30 days - it's more expensive and this is not the type of company I would ever recommend. I believe in working with companies with integrity - I was not even 12 hours past the charge. I intend to dispute but I don't want anyone else having this same experience. Pros Nothing positive, I only logged in once. Cons I was looking at the system, and only logged in once. I didn't choose it because it doesn't allow for Agile Boards by project only by task. Reason for choosing ProjectManager I didn't and they are holding my money because they have lousy customer service. The company is horrible to deal with. Customer service is existent but absolutely no help. They basically get you to sign up for the free trial then send an email that automatically goes to the junk folder to remind you its over then charge you over $500 the next month until you notice and cancel. asked for a refund as i never really got far into the trial never mind using it for my business and they refuse to do anything except send you a link to their terms and service. Pros Having worked with a number of project management software platforms, i found the interface simple and intuitive - this is a really crucial point as convincing colleagues to use the software is a hurdle in my context. Collaborative features were sufficient for the work we did, and gave us a common planning point. Cons I was a bit disappointed that reports require me to clean up and format - I feel that a paid-for product should provide enough report customization to produce a viable product without needing my own changes after the fact. Researcher Design Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Scam" November 30, 2017 1.0 Cons I spoke to their product manager as to why they charged me a whopping amount after my 30 days of free trial even though I signed up for personal version. They do not want to speak to me over the phone and email correspondence ended with "this is the last time we are going to discuss this issue" and still trying to sell me their Lite version without telling me how and when I even agreed to sign up for the business? They have no record except "our records show...", completely a scam and absolutely will discourage anyone from using this. If you do sign up, whichever version, please take a screenshot to make sure they do not have loopholes to scam you and pay with credit card so at least the company can contest if anything goes wrong. It's the export feature. We have created a template in Word in order to obtain our information the way we want it. Simply by exporting the information, the data provided is very confusing and cannot be used. Staff have been always extremely friendly and have provided immediate support when required. I called the customer support line and left several messages for help & received none. I then decided to cancel the product all together and received no response from them. I moving the office into a construction trailer and did a complete demo replacing almost every wall. Worked the program and stayed on track with a nine week completion from start to finish. Unfortunately the software wasn't quite what I needed for my assignment so I never ended up using it again. A month later my bank account was charged for the subscription so I immediately emailed the customer services and asked them for a refund. Once I explained my story and that I was a student who needed that money, they gave me a refund in full for the money withdrawn. If anything, Projectmanager.com has top-class customer service. They seem to know what they customer wants and how to provide a quality service all-round. The software has no difference then ProCore which has same functions and cost. Cons The con is the cost for what you get and also that when you do the free trial even if you cancel your free trial it doesn't indicate to you that you have to remove all parties. I think this is a loophole for the company to make money and that to me is flaw which the company won't probably want to admit. Cons I wish it would auto populate dates - I know that not everyone wants to use this software in that aspect and nor is it designed that way, but for us it would be nice.
