It has been invaluable for keeping all of our team members around the world informed of project status, issues, changes, etc. It's great for file sharing and for historical documentation. Customer Support has been excellent. Any time we have an issue or a question it is addressed immediately. For what this system offers the price can not be beat. It is very intuitive to use and I like that it can be accessed from the web from any computer and be easily shared. I also like that you can configure automatic reminders to both outside vendors and internal resources. Another aspect that appeals to our organization is the PMO functionality with dashboards and roadmaps. Pros Web-based, intuitive, collaborative. Dashboards, roadmaps. September 18, 2018 5.0 Solid platform, great features, migratable to 'Project' and super customer service. In 5 years the site was never unavailable. Pros Could invite team members from beyond my organization without access restrictions on firewalls. Good control over roles. IT Manager, ERP Building Materials Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Reporting" November 14, 2019 3.0 Pros It's cool to have the list, board and ghant available in one tool Cons 1) I insert notes/comments on the ghant chart and the visual board, but everything I print the notes/comments does not print with it. 2) When updating the ghant view an changing the dependencies on the grid, the updates do not always take. I have to monkey around with the 'Show Task Info' to get the links to update. 3) Not sure how the description field on projects and tasks can be helpful. Review Source AV Aleksei V. October 1, 2018 5.0 Pros It's a solid platform and has very good customer service. you can send collaboration invitations to your customers or partners, without the need for a setup or anything extra. what I like is that the website is always online, does not fall and is easy and intuitive to manage. Cons None, it is true that sometimes they make updates in the software and it is necessary to take another look but otherwise everything is fine. Pros it is easy to use if you have basic knowledge of PM Cons they are not trustworthy, they charged me for their FREE TRIAL. Ignored my request to end my account and continued to charge my card. and no email communication or even no courtesy to send the invoice to my registered email. When contacted the provider wouldn't even consider cancelling the charge. Not worth the risk of being charged $200. Pros Too expensive to consider liking anything. I imported projects from MS Project, and was able to move my team over within hours. Very simple, and had controls that were very easy to pick up for a former MS Project user.
