"Bug Tracking at its best form, simple and fast"

**Pros:** It is very simple to load, track, and update bugs.

**Cons:** Unable to view the captured and uploaded screenshots without opening a new window.

"Who knew it could be the easy"

**Overall:** My typical process with website errors were to call my provider and then answer a million questions and sending screen shots. Wait a few days for a response. Those days are over.

**Pros:** Ease of use. Simplicity. Time savings. No more emailing back and forth or long drawn out phone calls.

**Cons:** I have absolutely nothing negative to write.
