I'd buy Guru again if I were starting an internal knowlkedge base all over again. In a heartbeat.

Pros

Guru is our support and success team’s Internal Knowledge Base (or ‘IKB’ for short). This tool replaces Notion as our internal support process and how-to Wiki for our team and serves as a trusted source for the support team’s centralized collective knowledge. The adoption of the tool and its extensibility were critical to us, and thus far, we're pleased. Another pro: Ease of implementation and use - It can't be stressed enough how easy this was to configure and deploy.

Cons

I'd really like to see a more robust bidirectional integration with Notion, similar to how well Guru works with Zendesk's Help Center. We'd like to have discrete cards that pull in Notion pages and stay in sync with those pages. That said, Guru does allow for bulk import of Notion content.

Guru has really supported me in my role of enablement with the team. Helping me to crete precise content and have a user request for the guru card at a time when its needed in their enablement search.

Pros

The Guru Analytics feature allows us to understand what content is most relevant, understand behaviours of teams who do look for guru support and at what time in any project roll-out.

Cons

If I had to name one it would be the manual adding of people to a collection, it would be great if everyone was added so they can be collaborators.

Guru is the best company wiki I've gotten the opportunity to use. It's a great all-in-one tool allowing teams to collaborate across departments easily. The collections/foldering system has allowed us to develop much clear content hierarchy.

Pros

Really clear organizational structure. Verification allows an easy way to check information validity and recency.

Cons

Guru has worked very well for most of our use-cases. The AI features are still rudimentary but that's not Guru's strongest point in our perspective.

I'm a user who isn't involved with the administration of Guru, I just use it as part of my day-to-day work, and I find it very easy to use. It's intuitively designed and simple to find the information I need.

Pros

We use Guru as an internal knowledge base - anything from product guides and process outlines to company policies and team announcements. It's very easy to organize and update, and the "verify feature" helps us see what is up-to-date. I especially like how Guru incorporates AI - the AI search capabilities make it really easy to find the information I need.

Cons

I like the fact that Guru integrates with Slack. When someone asks a question in Slack, Guru will respond with a suggested answer. However, the answer provided by Guru isn't always correct. It does better with straightforward questions (ie, "what days are company holidays?") than with more complicated product questions.

Pros

The usage of cards for training Purposes, processes streamline and the Guru triggers and the standardization of Cards Templates for consistency.

Cons

The inability to advise all the members automatically, when we create a new card. This delays the implementation of processes and training structure

Pros

Easy of implementation, ease of use. Also easy to modify, customize and use. customer support is also good.

Cons

Moving cards around. Somewhat not too intuitive. Reports of usage also need some work. Overall it is a quality product.

It's a must have at this point. Literally every resource I need to do my job is there, ready and available

Pros

My employer keeps all our claim resources in Guru. I use it multiple times per day, every workday. Everything is incredibly organized. I use the search feature to quickly find the information I need to complete my daily tasks. We can mark the files we use the most as favorites and forward links to information to our teammates, making it easy for others to access the information they need.

Cons

I use Guru everyday and have not yet found anything I dislike or wished was different.

Guru is helping me on seeking the best resolution that I need to provide with the consumers. Not just the overview of how to resolve it, it also indicates the complete steps and all related cases regarding the concern.

Pros

One of the best things I liked the most with Guru is the Search feature. When it comes to seaching Guru, we can use tags, filters, quotations, and we can also combine all of those. Those tips will help us improve the overall Card finding experience. The other thing is creating a list of favorites which helps keep our Cards organized. Lastly, the real time updates with Guru Cards. These announcements will help us advisors to be all aligned regarding the latest process and procedures.

Cons

Actually, Guru is almost perfect for me and also for most of the advisors that are using it. I think one thing that I can suggest with it is regarding the acknowledgement receipt on updates and announcements. For acknowledging, they can justclick the 'I read it' button to acknowledge receipt. This means that you’ve understood the announcement or update that was communicated to you. My suggestion is if it is possible, please put at around 1-3 questions or knowledge check before the user is allowed to acknowledge the cards. In that case, we can make sure that all of us will actually read and understand all the updates that we need to learn.

What I like most about Guru is how easy to use it, it's just like Google, search using a keyword and the most relevant results will be shown.

I don't see any problems with Guru, sometimes Guru is just loading slowly but I think it's because of the internet here in the office since they capped it at 2mbps HAHAHA.

I would say the experience I’ve got with Guru for the past 3 years is that 10 out of 10 because it is really good. Guru is the best information teller for me, it is like a teacher that will answer all of your question, you just have to type the key word and viola, it’s there.

Pros

I like about guru is that they can give you accurate information and this can be edited. Guru is very user friendly and easy to access. You can see the daily updates that they are providing for each information and topics. I really love using Guru. Guru is like a teacher to us.

Cons

I think the least I like about Guru is that they have all the information you are looking for, it’s just everything is there, you don’t have to look for an answer anywhere, just look for it on Guru and you will have it. I think there is no way I wouldn’t like guru.

Pros

It's ease of use, very convenient and easy to navigate. It's allows us to save time and effective search for knowledge based information conveniently without the hassle.

Cons

While most of the things about Guru is definitely very helpful, user interface can be improved with better font system, But other than that, everything else looks absolutely incredible with Guru.
