Even if staff fall behind on verifying documents, it's still a great brain dump for company information. Pros I like how simple it is to explain to new staff how to use Guru. Also being able to set different verification dates and owners of certain documents is great. Cons Sometimes the exporting to a PDF is not the greatest as the picture sizes can change and rotate. A great feature to add would be to add page breaks for when they are exported to a PDF. Switched from [Dropbox Paper](https://www.capterra.com/p/188157/Dropbox-Paper/) Documents weren't getting updated in Paper, and the user interface put you off wanting to create files in there. Moreover, adding Guru to your Chrome extensions makes it even more convenient. With the pop-up feature, you can use Guru without closing your tab, allowing you to easily search for the information you need. Pros Guru is a robust tool for centralizing knowledge, offering quick access to accurate information, seamless integration, and real-time updates, thereby boosting productivity and decision-making. Cons The interface can be complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Navigating sections or finding settings can be difficult, slowing down learning and reducing initial productivity. It's highly efficient, very useful tool! Cons The least thing I liked was that sometimes after updating it would not be accurate. It is easy to do searches to get the related articles that you need. Cons Doesn't consider synonyms as a match when using search terms. I can easily search for the topic of my choice, and if I need to go back to it frequently I like how I can save cards to my favorites. Cons I wish when I went to search for a card that it pulled up a search list of all the cards I was looking for behind it.
