My overall experience with guru is great. It's easy to use compare to the other resources.

Pros

It's so easy to use and implement. The integration is so simple too. It has so many features like pinning the cards, AI search etc. I use it everyday and it makes my work so easy. On top of that, the support so fast and perfect.

Cons

The only downside could be the fact that the chrome extension doesn't work properly which keeps getting me logged out multiple times.

I just love Guru. It has so many features and it's customer support is exceptional.

Pros

I love how Guru is so easy to use and manage. The way I can organize my resources and information makes my job so easy. The best thing is the AI integration it has. My job became so easy to manage.

The only con I can think of is the chrome extension because it keeps getting me logged out

I have worked with Guru at a company of over 10,000 and one of just under 100, and at both instances it was generally super easy, reliable and most importantly effective

Pros

Search is 2nd to none, being able to segment resources and database also amazing

Cons

Sometimes making the cards is not super intuitive

I’ve had a top notched experience with Guru for almost 3 years now! When I first started, I was overwhelmed with all the information I had to learn, but with Guru, everything was easy, without feeling like I was annoying my team lead and co-workers from time to time. It’s super simple to search, and I love that I can see exactly when a piece of info was last updated so I know I'm not looking at an outdated info.

Pros

I just started a new role from my company and Guru has been a lifesaver. Instead of bothering my team lead every 3 minutes, I just search on Guru first. It’s really straightforward and honestly feels like having a cheat sheet for work.

Cons

Guru will really force you to be organized! You can't just be messy with your files like you can in Google Drive. LOL

I have only been using this product for a little over a year and I was able to quickly get the hang of its, it's very easy to use. Compared to the last platform I was using this is very organized and you have the option of setting up a library with your favorite cards or those that you use frequently, given you quick access for when you need them. Overall, it's a great product and I'm glad my company made the switch.

Pros

Guru cards are very organized and easily accessible, when you find card that you use frequently you can categorize them and save them, so they are easily accessible when you need them. This great for when you have cards that you use on a daily basis. The cards are very clean and are not clustered up with unnecessary information, you can easily and quickly edit information if necessary, and the platform is very user friendly.

Cons

There really isn't much to dislike about the product, it would be nice if you could open up multiple cards at once instead of opening each on individually.

Lays out step-by-step instructions on complicated processes and directs me to proper points of contact depending on situation

Pros

The search capabilities in Guru are great (unlike something like Outlook, for example). The "Users who viewed this card also viewed:" is incredibly helpful. I really like the clickable table of contents on the left-hand side of cards.

Cons

The only downside is that my company isn't great at staying on top of / updating cards. Would be great if Guru would notify card owners "it's been X years since this card has been updated" to prompt them to review and update. Alternatively, if there was an option for users to "flag" a card and notify the card owner that way.

Pros

As the title suggests, it really is seamless in my function's day to day work. We are a very text-heavy team, and the fact that Guru is one central place for all bulletins, macros, and also a place where we directly edit and verify is super helpful.

Cons

Notifications and/or tasks are hidden in the desktop browser. I don't like that it sometimes glitches.

Pros

I am a trainer, so I need to be able to find information and to share information in a fast and convenient way. Guru allows me to do exactly that. With Guru I can easily share links with the information I need my class to have access to, I can create different lists and even select favorite topics. I love the AI function and I like how guru recommends you related cards at the end of each card.
