Pros

I would like more about using guru because there are a lot of steps to follow and you won't get lost trying to find the right solution.

Cons

I would appreciate further information about locating the appropriate paperwork that the host must provide for reimbursement.

My whole experience with Guru has been excellent. It greatly improved our team's knowledge management and collaboration operations. Guru's user-friendly design and powerful capabilities make it simple to generate, organize, and distribute information effectively.

Pros

What I love about Guru is its ease of use. It's not complicated to navigate and is easy to access which is important for someone who works in Support. I use Guru daily to check on our FAQs especially when I speak with my customers to make sure that I am giving the right information about the product they are inquiring about. It has also helped our whole team to store the SOPs that we can use as a reference when we need to restudy different processes.

Cons

I just hope there's an option to send a notification to your email if you fail to verify a document you created after X days.

Guru is one of the most critical support-platform I utilize on the day-to-day and it's absolutely essential for my work.

Pros

The whole platform structure is easy to use, easily teachable, and provides means for knowledge management to be done very effectively.

Cons

Guru's search can sometimes be less resourceful than what technology ahs achieved in the last months, as it's very little AI-driven when this could help immensely, as Glean, for example, does.

We have been able to reduce onboarding time for new agents, reduce interruptions of managers and developers, increase the confidence of all agents, and reduce time to full resolution of tickets. It has really transformed the way we work.

Pros

I love the Chrome extension, which puts answers at your fingertips without leaving the screen you are on. I love the bite-sized nature of Guru cards which allow you to capture information without worrying too much about formatting (you can always add that later). I love the search capability, which nearly negates the need for any information architecture.

Cons

That I don't take advantage of all its features.

Overall, the experience with Guru has been good for our organization. It has helped us achieve most of what we were looking for when searching for a solution. However, there is definitely some room for improvement in an enterprise environment.

Pros

Guru is an excellent way to maintain and adjust current procedures, guides, instructions for users. It's pretty straightforward for people who are creating the Guru cards.

Cons

1\. The Text editing is a bit limiting and nuanced... you'll have to play with formatting to figure out how or if you can make your card look like you want it to. 2. You can't target card permissions very well. It's either open to the team creating cards, or the public. You can't target to specific groups of company users, or even "only" to people within your organization. Not finely tuned to work in an enterprise environment.3. There is no mechanism that you can give viewers to search cards unless they are part of the group creating them. A search window for all users would be fantastic. We've tried to create a table of contents card which is helpful, but it's a very clunky solution.

Reason for choosing Guru

At the time, Guru seemed to fit our primary goal of maintaining up-to-date procedures. However, expanding that to organization users has been more challenging.

We switched to Guru haven been impressed with the user interface , ease of organising content and speed. We had previous issues with loading times for searches or easily finding content. Guru has solved these issues and given our company a platform that everyone enjoys using.

Pros

With a few integrations available, we can for example see new articles created in our Helpdesk be automatically available in Guru. The integrations also include Zapier, which we allows a great deal of potential for automating.

Cons

For some elements of card (article) creation, the editor has certain limitations, there is no anchor for text so you can't quickly link from one section in an article to another.

The things that i like about the Guru is the information and knowledge it gives on the agent like me. It feels like all of the question can be found and answered from Guru and its a big helps to us, to give efficient and perfect service to our customer

Cons

I like least about the Guru is its very easy to use and easy to find an answer. Easy to read all of the information.

Pros

What I like best about Guru is the fact that everything is accessible and user-friendly. You can create cards, you can share your knowledge and ideas with your community. I can see which has been verified as well for additional credibility.It was nice as well to see who creted each cards and when were they created. I love the fact that there is a "my library" so I can "favorite" cards that I usually use and as there were cases I forgot which card I opened, I can check it on the "recently viewed" It was a good tool indeed, an encyclopedia for each community.

Cons

I honestly can't find anything to dislike about Guru. It has been part of my everyday life at work and even on rest days when I just want to read some cards and it was very helpful. I feel like there are still so much to explore on the tool that I haven't had the chance to check yet.

Pros

The learning process is shirt as there is a good backup of training videos, most features are intuitive, and the ability to collect knowledge from various users and make them keep it verified is important too.

Cons

Folder management can be better, analytics have gone in a very different direction than what is required. We need to know who is creating content individually, team-wise, and learn about gaps. I would like admins to have this functionality on their dashboards and not have to dig around to find that the team features do not really reflect performance. I would also like to reward my top performers with badges.

Guru's answer's feature that uses AI to provide users answers to their questions by searching across your knowledge library and any connected sources

Cons

The MS Teams integration is not as robust as Slack

Guru has replaced other knowledge-based tools at my company, and it is user friendly. We use GURU all day long, every day and I LOVE how you can edit and publish content within seconds. You can set permissions so you can roll out content to specific groups. I love how you can push out announcements and content at the drop of a hat. As an Operations trainer, Guru is a critical piece of our training program.

Pros

Guru has been such a benefit to our company, it's ability to connect and intergrate with other common work programs has made it much easier to implement. As someone who edits and creates resources within Guru there are a lot of wonderful features when building these cards to help share information in different and visually appealing ways. The Guru support teams are also always very responsive and open to feedback within their forum. Many features have been implemented just in the time we've been using it that have only served to improve the product.

Cons

It would be nice if the search function was more intuitive, right now you have to have a good idea of what you're looking for when searching, and if you don't type it in exactly you're unlikely to get a decent result. The implementation of "Answers" has helped this tremendously, but it would be nice to have in the search functionality.

It is especially challenging for a new employee to stay up to date and retain all information related to product knowledge. Using Guru is very easy because you can quickly find any post or topic by simply searching for the relevant keyword.

Pros

Our internal support team's knowledge base is being organized with Guru's guidance. In addition to helping them with their workflow, it gives them the knowledge and confidence to trust the solutions they find.

Cons

When the dots are obscured by an arrow, making it difficult to see what you're looking for unless you click the corresponding drop-down arrow, which then reveals everything you were looking for, things get more complicated.

What I like most in Guru is very easy to use and very user-friendly. I just search keyword of the travel policy or process that I need to know then it will generate the related articles promptly. This tool really helps me as guide to my everyday task to make sure that I followed every step of the process as a customer service representatve

We have loved Guru. The testing and onboarding experience were wonderful. It hasn't stopped there. We get constant support from our account manager and the product specialist.

Pros

Ease of building and maintaining content, verification feature, commenting feature, analytics and the product support.

Cons

I wish there was more customization on the branding side along with customization on fonts/colors. Small things but will make a huge difference as they work to bring these features.

Pros

The most that I like about Guru is that it's easy to navigate and user-friendly. Even though I type the few keywords then it shows the information that I need. Just scroll a little bit if you can't find at the top.

Cons

What I do not like in Guru sometimes was it loads tremendously. But I guess due to my internet connection.

Its been amazing and easy to use, been able to retain a lot of information because of the way guru has organised and put information in order, to easy spot out and use, top notch.

Pros

the ease to copying and pasting any information, sharing to other. the ease of access all you need with only typing the words and bring up all cards of information to select from. the ability to add items to favourite in other to spot out quickly

Cons

the drag and drop down, when you have to click to drop down before you access and information, makes it harder to spot of an information quickly.

Overall we are very happy with the platform and features. It has really helped us align and eliminate conflicting information.

Pros

It's easy to create, easy to upload and easy to organize information in a useful and productive way. The AI search is also really useful for getting answers quick, as is using AI to help you create net new content.

Cons

The recommended cards on the dashboard aren't particularly useful for me, but overall there's really nothing to dislike.

AWESOME is the only word I can use to describe the experience with GURU, it could've been perfect if we still had Light users.

Pros

1) Ease of Making knowledge cards2) Users can ask questions for topics where the knowledge isn't available3) Verification of the knowledge cards in a timely manner and on preset intervals.

Cons

The discontinuing of the Light users as we had the perfect use case for these users and now paying a full value for the entire org is not viable.
