Really easy to create and share content within our team. I can see what changes have been made by who and when, to make it easier to track.

Cons

The search algorithm needs to be tweaked. There's still some growth in terms of content management (eg. would be great for anchor links, and sometimes adding images is clunky)

None that I could ennumerate. Sometimes when you use the chrome extension it lags a bit. On a 8 gb intel core ¡7 6 gen pc

We solve lots of avoidance of miscommunication and easy places to find simple learnings which saves our team lots of time.

Pros

The Guru extension is my favorite feature. It follows the website well and everything you need to see is visible and it rarely has any slow downs or update issues. The constant updates on our cards is crucial as we always change processes in sales and this tool helps our team stay on the same page.

Cons

The knowledge trigger features usually dont work too well for my team it might be a temporary issue but we never seem to use the feature anyway.

It's easy to create new content, including easily-generated content from Slack messages. Formatting of Guru Cards is pretty flexible and intuitive. The interface is pleasant to use.

Cons

The structure of content is not intuitive. Search can be difficult if the content writer didn't use the exact words you're using to search. Takes high employee buy-in to be useful.

Guru makes my life at work much easier compared to other software that I used before. I would recommend this to other people and it is something that I would always brag to other people that is working in the same kind of industry where I am currently working. Honestly, I would also recommend this to other people who does not work in the same industry as mine. Kudos to Guru!

Guru is a user-friendly software that makes life of the user much easier whenever they need to use it. In my job, I always make sure I have my guru ready because this is our knowledge-based tool and whenever I need to search something, it is very easy to search what I need to look for. It is also very accessible.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing that I didn't like or like the least about Guru. It is perfect for my job and it is something that I would recommend to other people. Guru is a type of software that does not have a con or negative side in it.

Pros

I use Guru frequently to check company notes and training instructions. If I don't remember how to complete a project, I can quickly check - all without having to send emails or DMs. Guru has improved my productivity and makes my work life much easier!

Cons

Sometimes, the amount of knowledge stored on Guru can be overwhelming. However, the search function helps me sort through what I'm looking for so I don't have to sift through folders! Adding new notes to Guru with the proper formatting can sometimes be tricky - I have trouble with the text if I paste right under the coding.

Overall, it is a process of merging and creating information that helps us organize info and keep it updated. It's easy to use (which I know I keep saying), so we are overall enjoying the experience of using guru.

Pros

Guru is easy to use and easy to integrate. As in all new solutions, getting team adoption/behavior is made easier by the # of integrations that allow users to find information where they want it.

Cons

I was not a part of implementing guru, and I am now helping manage the cards and knowledge center. The most difficult thing about guru has really nothing to do with the software itself, but lies in the more broad adoption of guru. The more I get into it, the more I realize how easy and quick it is to create cards, link content, create a flow of successive cards, etc. The most difficult part is changing user behavior to rely on this base of knowledge, and guru makes it easy (with integrations) to place the cards in many, visible locations.
