This organization facilitates a clearer understanding of the customer's issues for both advisors and support staff. The more one becomes accustomed to the knowledge within Guru, the greater the confidence one will have in addressing customer inquiries.

When I first started my home office activities I couldn't help to think about those moments where there's no one physically there to help out when in need, however this tool has been quite a good remedy as I've found it useful in most scenarios during my workday which make my performance to get more sharp and gives me that extra confidence as if it was an actual person helping me out!

It's always a click away when I need quick help before replying a customer e-mail

The way we ca search on the search bar. I love that we can find thing easily about using specific words.

Cons

So far I love everything about it. Sometimes is a little tricky to find what you are looking for because you have to be very specific, but loving the features.

Sorting and filtering can sometimes be difficult once the amount of information you have stored in Guru becomes a lot. Looking for specific information often pulls up a lot of information that you weren't looking for.

I couldn't say better things about guru without it. I would have to constantly look for support put in tickets, but it makes it very easy cause we're in real estate and it is built to be in compliance with our state requirements.

Pros

Ease of use and complete resources available, even if you don't find the exact answer. In addition, it gets updated almost immediately by our team so it makes it an invaluable resource

Cons

I'm not sure if there are any I've been using guru for about six months I can honestly say I'm not sure that there are any reasons why I wouldn't use it

Overall I can refer Guru to anyone because it is very easy and simple to use, and it allows teams to create their own "knowledge basis". It is really helpful to me as I am also using Guru for my everyday work life.

Pros

What I liked most about Guru is that we can ask a question, and it can easily give us an answer without having to search and read all the information. Another thing is that it is so simple to share and organize and is accessible to everyone.

Cons

Sometimes it can be overwhelming to navigate, especially if you have a lot of content to organize. Nevertheless, I know that Guru is continously improving and evolving.

We are creating learning documents and Guru and tools (AI) make the tasks simpler and more efficient.

Pros

Intuitive, easy to use, and easy to create helpful learning documents! I appreciate the use of templates to create a uniform experience.

Cons

The Assist function is a little non-intuitive. I would like the spelling and grammar function to highlight suggested changes so I can see what changes will be made, rather than having to read and compare.

Maybe the security for me. Don't get me wrong though their security is good enough but there's so many rooms for improving their security services.

I enjoy reading through Guru and would honestly recommend it to colleagues and workmates.

Pros

It helps us get more information regarding the processes in order to deliver high quality service to our clients and process their requests efficiently. And I also like how easy it is to navigate on Guru, by just searching keywords and phrases that will help the case that we are working on.

Cons

It's not a dislike but room for improvement I guess, sometimes articles are not showing up when I search for keywords and it has to be the exact article page.

Guru serves as an internal information exchange platform for all team members. Every department has a set of cards to read and use in their collection. Prior to Guru, it was difficult to organize and ensure consistency in knowledge because most knowledge exchange depended on specific persons. It is now simpler.

Pros

A platform that enables our team to obtain the information we require and to answer our clients' inquiries, to gain knowledge about our tools and processes, and other types of client communication.

Cons

I have no dislikes at all. There are instances where the search bar doesn't display the exact article that I need to process our client's request.

I think that if notifications aren't well tailored, they can sometimes feel overwhelming and sometimes the app load slowly.

I’ve been working in an industry where the reliance in knowledge base tool is part of our daily lives. Out of all the KB tools I’ve used before, I must say Guru has been my greatest experience. Its overall convenience makes me productive at work!

Pros

Its convenient features such as the drop-downs. I can easily uncollapse the info I’m done reading, and what’s best in here is that even if the information I’m finding is within the drop-down, it can still be detected by doing CRTL + F.

Cons

The lack of feature to have the option to turn into dark mode.
