For us new employee of Spotify, I find it very helpful to be able to gain knowledge by a simple click of a button. I appreciate that there's a heads up when new information is made or a change to Spotify.

Pros

It was very easy to navigate the tool and was able to find very specific information by just searching on "key words".

Cons

Guru is not the perfect tool. However, It's working with us in assisting customer.

Overall, it is user friendly. All the buttons are relevant and helpful; saving cards on favorites is one of my favorite things to use.

Pros

the UI looks very minimal which makes it easy to navigate on

Cons

What can be improved is the ability to open multiple cards at a time for ease of checking references. What can be done as well is to put the heart (favorite) icon outside of the card to easily add it on favorite for next access.

Pros

I love that Guru lets you library the cards you need the most and like/love them as well for ease of access. Having access to your own content library for every day use for the cards make my job easier to have that information front and center and ready to access when talking with customers or reviewing claim files and the information I need is easily accessible.

Cons

At this time I do not have any dislikes.

I work for a company that specializes in solving problems regarding multiple events of all kinds. Guru is perfect for finding information regarding concerts, football events, baseball games, you name it! Whenever a customer talks to me about the event they will be attending, I can easily find information about it in Guru.

Pros

The easy to use interface is intuitive and instantly useful, no longer do you have to wait for specific details to find useful data; Guru integrates only the information that could be useful for us and presents it to you in elegant speed. It has become our go-to website when we are in urgent need of information. Working in customer support may be hard as an infinite list of events are thrown at us when talking with clients, but Guru's intelligent system can provide all the knowledge you need when talking about any event you need to find.

Cons

Guru does not have much flaws. It's clean interface allows you to find any tool easily. I have always found the information I need in Guru when I need to, so I can't complain about any type of flaws regarding the data I've received so far. If I had to say something I dislike about Guru it would be that sometimes when you have inbox notifications, they do not appear in the general notifications, maybe Guru could benefit from pop-up notifications.

Guru is a really helpful and effective tool for getting all the details for Shopify merchant support. We can easily get information that we have to share with the merchant.

Pros

The AI search functionality allows us to find the information needed quickly, reducing the time spent searching through documents or asking colleagues for help.

Cons

While categorization is a strength, it can also be a limitation if not managed properly.

As a T2 support agent for a growing software company in the volume photography industry, Guru has totally revolutionized our company's knowledge base and bolsters our abilities to provide better, personalized service daily!

Pros

Guru makes it easy for our global team of support agents to quickly and easily find information to better assist our clients. On the admin side, it's also very easy to compartmentalize info into collections, update existing info, and assign verifier status to qualified agents.

Cons

Guru has a learning curve for newer support agents that requires a bit of their time to learn and find their confidence with. However, once this initial plateau is crossed over, the process is easy and intuitive. The other gripe I have about Guru is that sometimes the browser extension does not load properly on a page and requires me to log out and back in.

Cons

Definitely a smooth experience. It reduces DRASTICALLY the need of escalating a problem, as any superior can simply write any possible outcomes for a specific situation on Guru. If you have a question, ask Guru!

Pros

Guru is a Google for companies. Everything we need to know about the products, workflow processes, and explanations about a specific company - you can just use Guru. This is so incredibly good to set expectations about how workes should do and behave, and it's also useful as a guide to always check when you're insecure about how to handle a specific workflow, or to be updated about what's going on in the company, any live changes, etc. The tool is complete, it's easy to get implemented in any company. To integrate it in your company is a must if you want to be successful and professional, as it's so easy. Honestly, this is the tool that I use everyday and, even though some new adventurers might think it's not necessary to use it often, I have Guru open at all times - it's just perfect to be a master in your business knowledge, what will set you apart from everyone else.

Cons

Though it's intuitive, sometimes shared links can be counted as for private use, even though admin didn't set the Guru cards as private. Well, tech issues, nothing new in our Customer Support world.
