Very good! I have really enjoyed using Guru and can't imagine my daily work without it.

Pros

Guru has been so critical for the success of my team. It is easy to use and visually appealing. We have the ability to organize all of our shared information so that anyone can search it and find what they need.

Cons

The export function can be a little messy, but we don't need to use it often so it is hardly a problem.

Pros

Our team has to remember a lot of tax-related facts and concepts, and Guru has helped us tremendously to be able to collect that team knowledge and be able to share it with new team members when they come on board. Because of the shifting sands of tax law, the validation feature provides a process to make sure our information is current.

Cons

One thing Guru (or I if it's available already) is to better categorize or organize the information we store. We have a lot of it, and sometimes it's hard to see the forest for the trees.

Cons

Even with a rating system in place, there is still room for wide variation in the caliber of work, which may need companies to invest more time in thoroughly screening applicants.

My overall experience with Guru has been amazing. The name says it all. This really is the best of the best platform. They are created a system and laid it our perfectly, almost to the point where I can't imagine working anywhere and not having guru. HUGE FAN!!!

Pros

Guru is a centralized location that has all the information I need. I am able to search very easily and find the answer to the question at hand. There is no more waiting on others to respond to my emails or calls because I have all the information right at my finger tips! I love this tool and use it daily.

Cons

I don't have really any negatives to say. This platform is easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to read, and really functional. I use this platform everyday in my current job role.

I would say it is the best knowledge base tool that I've used so far. I've been using the Guru card for almost 7 years now and it makes my work easier. Such a life saver.

Pros

What I liked about the Guru card was that it was very user-friendly and easy to find the right guru cards. You just have to use the right keywords and the relevant information would be provided.

Cons

For me, I would suggest to lessen the results and only provide the most accurate and relevant cards. I guess the keywords used for searching was a factor to display non-related information

We realise that they're changing the guru, which means we're being listened to.

Cons

One of the things that bothers me about snowmobiling for the Guru is the lack of organisation. It could have tabs, with separate topics on each issue. This would make searching much easier. And some cards are incomplete.

Overall, I really enjoy using this tool as it makes my job much easier. I can quickly access specific information I need using AI assistant and other great features of it.

Pros

Guru has very simple and clear interface which makes it easier for any new user of this platform to understand all its functions. Also, it has several good features including AI assistant which helps to find any information by typing a few words instead of full name of the searched data.

Cons

I would like to have more customization features like different themes. It makes it more comfortable for the user if he can customize it using his own style by choosing or maybe creating his own themes using customization tools.

Guru assists me in addressing every concern I have with merchants, even the particularly challenging ones. Not only am I gaining new knowledge and information, but Guru is also helping me improve my communication skills and find better resolutions for my merchant interactions.

Cons

my feedback to Guru is that when you search for related topics, it provides a comprehensive list of all topics, making it difficult to identify the most relevant Guru closest to the specific concern.

I wish there is a better output of statistical report e.g. who's pulling up a certain Guru card the most, who's has not read the Guru card after the update, etc.

I like, and love as well that every time I use Guru, for almost every day of my work life, it gives all the ease of access that I need for the articles our organization needs. It helps us deliver the right resolution to our customers every day, thanks to Guru that we can access easily.

Pros

I like that even if I just search for a keyword, it gives all the suggested articles that might relate to that keyword.

Cons

None, so far. But I do want the "Ask a question" feature be back since it somehow useful though there are times that the article attached to it is not the article I'm searching.

Great and I recommend everyone to use it if you want to store, share and easily structure and find information in the cloud. Saves loads of time and its easy to use.

Pros

Its super intuative and easy to understand for even a non-tech savy person like myself. I use it about two to three times a week, and I love that we now can collect all important info on one place, and make it easily accessible and clearly structured for all employees.

Cons

Bo be honest nothing currently. The system is delviering what it is suppose to do in a great way. More integrations to specific CRM tools to share articles directly from Guru to an external customer/individual.
