They were not upfront about their transaction fees from the beginning and just got worse from there. I received a quote that said:PRICING $0 monthly fee / $0 Minimum / $0 startup fee / (optional $15/month for Text Giving) plus below transaction fees: Transaction fees on your donations are only: 1.99% Tiered + $0.39 Flat – Debit / Credit Cards or .75 % + $0.39 Flat Rate – ACH (e-check) Yet, 8 months in, they suddenly started charging $10 for months when there were no transactions. I tried emailing support who would give me no answers other than “there is a monthly minimum and if you don’t meet it, you are charged $10.”After I sent the quote that I had been given I was told that the agent would “research this” and get back to me. She never did, so I messaged again and got the same response as before.
