Pros I like that I can select my own payment processor. Payments through Stripe are easy to setup. Detailed explanation for editing field styles make the forms look professional. Cons An extra screen is required for payment, so some users drop off after the initial form submission. We mainly use it to for new client registrations. Pros Wufoo's ability to integrate with other applications through Zapier which allows data entry into the other integrated application. Cons If a member of the public is filling out a multiple page form, once page 2 is clicked on the form will save as incomplete, if they leave the page for some reason, they're unable to come back to the form to complete the missing information and have to start all over again. There are a good number of integration options, the primary one we used was Zapier. Cons Embedding the forms required javascript to load, sometimes javascript files fail to load. Some of the HTML could be tidier. Switched from [WordPress](https://www.capterra.com/p/131687/WordPress/) I took over the project that used this. My favorite thing is that it can be emailed out with all the information so I dont have to take the extra time to log back into the system Pros I really like Wufoo as opposed to some of the other survey options because it is super easy drag and drop type set up, very intuitive, I can add in a direction video, and it looks really good! Best of all, it sends me an email with all the info so I dont have log back in to find it. Cons The cost is a little high considering there are some free options out there but I think some of the extra features are worth it. In an industry dominated by Survey Monkey, Wufoo chisels their own path forward with eccentric branding and easy to use software. Pros They have a great library of templates to choose from to get started, and once you get started the user friendly interface makes it super easy to brand and edit. Cons It's a little bit pricey especially when you're collecting a lot of responses and or are creating lots of forms. Pros I love how easy it is to setup a form and have it ready to use with so little effort. Cons The interface is a bit dated, but I wouldn't hold it against them. The features make up for it. Kira, Kennedy, Karol, Charissa, all useless. This company is a joke and is a complete scam! Pros Nothing about this service is good. It's confusing, and nobody gives you any support. Cons Customer service is a complete joke. They create updates and don't let their clients know. They only provide email support and 8 people reply back with irrelevant answers. Not personalized at all. We have lost over 10k in revenue due to their updates with no notice. You cannot call the support team, and they do not help at all with issues and they gaslight you. I pay for the advanced subscription, and there is no support. It's easy to use, fun, and simple. And, it has so much more than you expect from a form-builder. Pros Some of my favorite things are the friendly and playful nature of the admin-portal help text; the ability to brand and customize with images and colors; the ability to customize automations, subject lines, confirmations, etc.; the conditional form fields for complex and detailed data, the ease-of-use. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend. Cons Nothing; the platform is excellent. The only reason we have ever chosen not to use it, was because we needed more robust features for a specific purpose. Online applications, product request forms, product raffles, giveaways, keg order forms....It has been very simple to use and works for what we need. Pros I really like the email confirmations and the downloadable excel files of form entries. It is very easy to drag and drop to create a simple form and super easy to integrate into your website. Cons I would love to be able to have a drag and drop feature for images. I'm not very versed in html so it is difficult for me to figure out how to utilize the feature. June 17, 2019 5.0 Pros Wufoo is the most user-friendly and most fun of all survey-building software I've used. It has good analytics, makes it easy to share your survey & export your data, and makes it easy to build a survey how you want it--including providing commonly used questions like "email" and "address," which always saved me a bit more time. Wufoo ranks highest in my book in terms of fun because it makes the participant experience quirky and colorful--it's good for information gathering, simple forms, and registrations (especially since you can integrate payment so easily!). It may not be my go-to for the most complex of surveys, but for a quick form or event registration it is my program of choice. Cons Wufoo as a website often has some difficulties--the website can be down, I've had trouble accessing because without clearing my history, etc. When I've relied on Wufoo for work, this has undoubtedly caused me frustration and costed me time, but nonetheless I am still a fan. We also like that the emails are stored right within our account as well. Cons The form set up process is pretty simple. Pros Wufoo makes creating complex logic conditional forms easy with no HTML / CSS or JS skills needed. Security and validation of form data is very easy using the built in tools. Cons The form styling / css elements could maybe be improved a little. They work well but require a little bit of a learning curve. Reason for choosing Wufoo We chose Wufoo, as it's a market leader in its field, the pricing was competitive and the feature list was impressive. Pros Create basic forms is very quick and easy with Wufoo. And once it is set up, you can be confident that it will work. Several years ago, I used to run into issues sometimes with forms that would eventually stop working on client websites. I started using Wufoo and not only is it faster and easier to create forms, but I have fewer problems with them going forward, which saves a lot of headaches. Cons Some of the features are a little bit limited in terms of what you can do. Some types of advanced forms are more challenging to replicate with Wufoo, for 95% of web forms, it will be more than sufficient. We have numerous forms active at any time, some linked on our website and others that are standalone. Several departments utilize Wufoo for everything from HR questionnaires to newcomer info forms. It is easy to search data on the Wufoo website or export it to do our own analysis. Without it, our Marcom department would have to spend a lot more to code forms on our website. Pros There is a large variety of ways I can put together my forms, including conditional questions. Cons On one particular form, we literally ran out of capacity within the software to ask all the questions we wanted to ask with all the conditions we wanted. It is very nice how quickly we can have an idea for a change to a survey or a new form and get this live on our site. Cons Wufoo is not the most front end customizable tool that we use. The look and feel of many of our forms and surveys is pretty bare. It would be nice to have some more creative control over this. Cons The features are limited and the field limit is too low. After spending several hours setting up an online application form for my website, I came to the point where I wasn't allowed to add any additional fields to my form. I called customer service to ask for help with this problem and they basically said that they don't have the authority to do anything about that. I was dissappointed. August 25, 2019 5.0 This has solved our business problem of users not being able to send attachments through the contact form on our website. I would reccomend for others to give this a try if they are also looking for a solution to that issue. Pros Wufoo is a great tool for organizations that have their websites made through Squarespace. Since Squarespace does not allow users to create forms with attachment options to them, Wufoo is a great solution to that. Through Wufoo, we have been able to create contact forms where our audience can also attach documents that they may wish to include. This has been very useful and I will continue to utilize Wufoo in the future for any additional forms that I may need to create. Cons While Wufoo is overall a good tool to use, what I really dislike is how there are limitations placed on the free version of this software. I don't think that the pricing for Wufoo is reasonable for small organizations that may not require a subscription as much as others. Due to the pricing, we have stuck with the free option but are often hindered by the limits placed on users who create free forms.
