Cons If a member of the public is filling out a multiple page form, once page 2 is clicked on the form will save as incomplete, if they leave the page for some reason, they're unable to come back to the form to complete the missing information and have to start all over again. Kira, Kennedy, Karol, Charissa, all useless. This company is a joke and is a complete scam! Pros Nothing about this service is good. It's confusing, and nobody gives you any support. Cons Customer service is a complete joke. They create updates and don't let their clients know. They only provide email support and 8 people reply back with irrelevant answers. Not personalized at all. We have lost over 10k in revenue due to their updates with no notice. You cannot call the support team, and they do not help at all with issues and they gaslight you.
