We are a small non profit where every dollar we can save on the administrative side can be use for client treatment. Pros This gives us an easy way to have online registration forms for our clients to fill out and submit to us electronically. We are able to save them as PDFs directly to their charts. Cons Unable to disable a form yet save it in case you want to use it later. The package we have gives us 10 forms so to try a new version we have to delete the old version and hope the new version is what we want since we have 10 forms being used. Review Source DB Deann B. Pros I like that you can create any type of form you want, as detailed as you need. Cons While you can do a lot with building forms, it is rather difficult to learn how to build in-depth forms, especially since you cannot call their support, it's all done through email. Pros The best thing about Wufoo is that it works really well and has advanced features that can be easily implemented on your website. Cons The form creator is kind of clunky and the form design customization is not as intuitive as it should be. Was easily customisable and easy to use for a inexperienced novice like myself. Was able to master 80% of how it works/usage within a day with the ease of cut and paste functionality Cons Although it offered easy cut and paste functionality, trying to format fields was very limited and cumbersome/difficult. December 12, 2017 5.0 Wufoo is always updating and improving their product. Pros Wufoo forms are easy to build and easy for the end user to complete and submit. Since we use Wufoo forms to manage our incoming orders for services, it is very beneficial that each submission is sequentially numbered. This allow us to easily track and process orders through our CRM. Wufoo has many features including notifications, payments, custom templates, etc. These features allow us to brand the forms we create in Wufoo, connect the purchaser to the payment portal through the form, and keep various department members on top of incoming orders and subscriptions. Using Wufoo forms to fill a need in our department has freed up our developers to work on more pertinent and profitable projects. The Wufoo online software functions so well that I've never had to contact technical support with a problem. So far it has been going great for our organization and we will continue to use it. Pros I like that Wufoo is easy to complete and easy to embed into a website. My organization currently uses Wufoo so that our volunteers can complete applications that automatically get pooled to the website. I also like that I can see when the applications are completed and the analytics that are available after the applications are completed. Cons I don't like that it's not as easy to close forms after you received the amount you need. I tried a couple times to close the form and realized a few people were still able to apply. February 9, 2018 5.0 Pros Wufoo is extremely easy to use. Drag and drop fields to create a form in minutes. We have been using Wufoo forms for a variety of purposes including orders, approvals, acknowledgements, applications, subscriptions and much more. Wufoo continues to enhance and improve their online product, adding new features and functions regularly. Distribution, notifications, and sharing are easy to implement and options are extensive. We distribute forms by links through email and embedding the Wufoo forms on the website. Analytics and report features help us to track the number of orders received and give us valuable user information on other forms we have created with Wufoo. There is little you cannot do with a Wufoo form, except for adding electronic signatures. Maybe that will be a future feature from Wufoo. Review Source MH Marcy H. CEO Utilities Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Worthless will steal your money even after cancelling" March 15, 2023 1.0 Started using Wufoo in 2014 on the recommendation of an acquaintance, they auto-billed me and even raised the amount through the years without notifying me (not sure how that's legal but it happened), first time I tried canceling the services was in Dec 2019, sent them an email and nothing, I forgot about it until I saw the auto-renewal charge in December of 2021, this time I went onto the site and tried canceling, even filled out the customer support ticket after which I received a confirmation email and thought that was it, to my surprise it was not, they billed me again in December of 2022, now I had enough, this company is perpetrating theft and using some "Survey Monkey" terms and services to which I never agreed to justify the theft. Business owners beware, use google forms they are free. Worst subscription company ever. Pros Nothing, Google forms offers these services for free. I started using it instead of buggy Wordpress forms, and it is reliable and consistent. Pros I love the UI. Wufoo has the most intuitive UI and is just easy to use. Cons The restriction of 3 forms on the free plan is the only detraction from this product.You also need to be mindful to manually setup form completion notifications. The drag and drop feature allows you to build a new form in minutes and set up notifications when new submissions are received. You can format the text itself, but you need to be careful because it gets easily stripped from the code. Cons Working with the form or field logic can be tricky. This is done on a separate page from your form, so it's difficult when you need to go back to your form to review anything. I put something down for what I like least but I really just work around that and we love using Wufoo. Pros I love we can set forms up to be used by computers, tablets, and phones. This has saved me from making simple sign up sheets all the way to full registration for events and retreats. I love its flexibility, and templates. it's drop and drag design is intuitive and very user-friendly. The reports are also great and easy to customize. You can sort data and export. we love it. I also appreciate the ability to pay by month, so if you have a large event where the free version won't be sufficient you can pay for a month or two and then go back to the free version, while saving all of your data. Woohoo!" December 20, 2018 5.0 Pros Wufoo is a great way to make forms for your website! It has radio buttons sliders, check boxes, text boxes, all the fields are customizable. The colors, font and look of your font are customizable too. If you know html and css you can further customize it to your liking. I've used wufoo for a long time and it's easy. We started to have a need to have form data integrated into our reporting and so we are slowly moving off of the Wufoo platform. Pros 1) Good anti-spam protection 2) Easy interface for building forms 3) Great logs of form submissions Cons 1) The default form styles are pretty unattractive 2) Interface struggles to handle large numbers of forms (200+) 3) Custom CSS has to be hosted with a third party 4) Uses an iFrame to beam in forms, not compatible with form tracking software like that provided by Call Rail Review Source RA Ruth A. Pros Wufoo provide a quality product to help us manage all our HR forms for our organization - everything from application forms to acknowledgements and absence request forms. It's great to have everything all in one location and be able to easily build the forms. Wufoo has made the process very user friendly and provides lots of resources to use forms in the best way possible. Cons I honestly can't think of what I like least about this software. It really fits our needs as an organization and we have found it to be a very valuable tool at a very reasonable price point. Pros Great solution for building robust, reliable forms. We used this at my previous agency and found it to be great when working across multiple brands and clients. Customization for alerts is also another plus. Cons The interface is terrible. It's doesn't feel current and needs a major facelift. This has saved us a lot of time, and quite frankly, frustration when collecting information from our customers. Pros It is highly customizable, and pretty easy to use. I was able to get the basics down fairly quickly, then I was able to dive in to the more advanced features. It has made collecting data much easier. Cons The mobile site is a little funky. It's better in its functionalities and features than for example Google Forms with payment options (not tried this). I like the link to other software via for example Zapier the most. Cons There are some limitations, the number of questions & answers in the form for example. Especially for longer surveys,​ it might not be useful. I've also used it for stand-alone forms/surveys that are quick and easy to set up. The display options are much more detailed and rich than SurveyMonkey, as are the reporting and logic features. It's my go-to tool for forms and surveys, for small ones to major projects. Pros WuFoo has a ton of features and capabilities built into it's form and reporting tools, allowing you to quickly create and format forms/surveys...including customized confirmations, responses, pages, logic, and looks. Plus it has a ton of plug-ins to help you connect to other systems and software. Cons Online documentation and regular blogging is pretty good, but email support can be spotty and slow.
