Cons No customer service waited on hold for over an hour on multiple occasion and have been unable to speak to anyone. I have a serum security concern and need to know what is going on. They kept asking me for the same documents that I provided. During the approval process, I sent requested documents. They asked for directors of the company. My company is an LLC that has members, not directors. I sent the operating agreement with all the members and signatures. They could not understand the concept of an LLC. They indicated that my payment would be delivered on a certain date. After two weeks of going back and forth I was forced to wire the money from my bank and cancel the payable in Plooto. At one point I heard nothing from Customer Support for more than 48 hours. Most frustrating experience I have had in a while. Pros It should be easy. The UI is good. The concept is good Cons Customer support is terrible. Process is archaic. Review Source JT JILL T. I don't like that I can't pay my monthly subscription with a credit card. The only option is direct withdrawal from my bank account. It also saves my clients the time and frustration of constant reminders -no more disruption to their service! Pros The ease with which I can send a request for payment to my clients and how it made automating that task so efficient. Pros Chat support is there when you need them the most! I really appreciate how attentive and thorough they are with onboarding, troubleshooting, and answering questions.
