"Difficult to Use"

Overall: For simple things, it's easy to use--updating your profile like your address, phone number, etc. When you get into processing invoices or credit card charges, I think the process gets very clunky and if you need to pause or do a task that is atypical, I find that I struggle to complete the work.

Pros: Workday really does provide many useful tools and modules; it's loaded with options like managing staff's timesheets, requesting time off, expensing charges, monitoring your personal employee page for vacation/sick balances, forms, updating personal info., etc.

Cons: This software is very clunky and what I call non-intuitive. What you think is an intuitive path for finding something or moving forward to what you think is the next step isn't always the case within Workday. Many times I have paused working on expensing a credit card charge, and when I go to retrieve it, I spend more time just trying to find the saved draft in the system. Typically, I end up getting a PNP to find the appropriate path to getting to the draft document so I can finish expensing that charge. Other areas within Workday have that non-intuitive flow that makes the software clunky and really frustrating at times. Again, the software has a ton of features and modules, but some are really difficult to use, especially compared to other software programs.

"Herramienta de reporte de horas sencilla"

Overall: La empresa ha mejorado lo fluido que funciona la app. Antes daba muchos más fallos y se quedaba pensando más tiempo. No obstante, creo que deberían seguir mejorando en esa línea.

Pros: Me gusta que sea sencillo reportar las horas aunque en ocasiones hay que hacer demasiados clics para añadir proyectos o subtareas.

Cons: En ocasiones cuando añades muchas líneas de golpe falla diciendo que tiene muchas queries de sql. Por tanto pierdo todo el trabajo realizado. También mejoraría el número de clics para hacer las cosas
