Overall, we're very happy and impressed with the flexibility and overall capability of Ganttic. The support was also excellent.

Pros

Ganttic is great for scheduling and tracking multiple projects & resources. I'd recommend assigning a "champion" in your company to learn it and then train the rest of your team.

Cons

It definitely took some time to get everyone on board and switched over to utilizing Ganttic. I would expect it to take several months (depending on the side of your company).

It is very easy to use. You can use it from a browser and it has made our work easier.

I think the booking can be made easier. I allways feel I need to double check that I actually have booked something.

We use it for our Construction company and it breaks down where all the crews are so easily.

Pros

I like that its so easy to make a schedule and keeps up with different changes that i need to make on it.

No complaints I would love to say there is something wrong but it was all good

Over fairly good experience, however, the company has decided to change directions and use Monday.com

Pros

Easy-to-use interface, helpful tool for managing projects

Cons

There was a learning curve and not everything was straightforward. It was hard to add some team members and get them to pop up in pulldown menus

Being able to seperate all the different tasks and crews to really show exactly what work is in front of us

Cons

Some things don't transfer from the job view to the resource view and that can get confusing

Really positive, I'd definitely recommend to someone looking for resource pipeline management software.

Pros

I like the ability to see at a glance my resource scheduling and what is in the pipeline in a simple and easy to use interface.

Cons

Reordering resources is annoying but there is probably an easier way.

It is the first project management program I have used, so it is difficult to say what is good and what is less good. Overall it is good, I think.

Pros

You get a good overview over the projects. It is easy to create users, resources and tasks.

Cons

It is difficult to find the solution of a problem.
