Their technical support is poorly trained and unable to solve simple issues. Was told there was a ticket and they would get back in touch with me. They never did. Pros None! Everytime I requested assistance there was none. Told me to do the same thing 3x different times and each time, did not fix the problem. Cons Had to do ALL my 1095Cs manually due to SEVERE technical issues with the platform. Contacted MINERAL 4x with no resolve. Will not use again.
