Pros

Over my career and I worked in a variety of claims management systems and roster platforms and FileTrac is better then most of the other systems. FileTrac is a fantastic option right off the shelf! The software already has most of the features would would like to see in a CMS without the high costs of a customized solution. The services and support are top notch! You can't go wrong with FileTrac.

Cons

FileTrac is constantly improving. I would like to see integrated website roster management and more customization with data fields to improve report to specific client needs. The good news is I already know they are working on those options.

FileTrac has enabled our business to go paperless, reduce our work space and have all our claims files at our hands to view, anywhere you have an internet connection.

Pros

I like the ease of use and service support the most.

Cons

FileTrac is going through a lot of big changes, all at once. I would like to see changes/upgrades being eased in to, a little at a time, which I feel will happen in the future.

From the beginning of conversations about the product FileTrac held our hand and walked us through step by step the entire process of installation, training and support. We knew exactly what to expect, from day one and were never disappointed, they delivered and continue to do so today. I can truly say that after 12 years with FileTrac, I would do it all over again. FileTrac listens to their customers and upgrades and adds services with benefits to their individual customers needs in mind. Partnering with FileTrac was one of the best business decisions we ever made as a company.

Our company has become better organized in tracking claim files, due dates, etc...with the usage of FileTrac. As we grow, and FileTrac grows, we are utilizing more of the system than when we first started using it.

Pros

We are able to quickly collect information on a claim when speaking to the insurance carrier or customer on the phone. I use the Multi-Criteria Search function several times a day.

Cons

Not all file documents are able to be uploaded to filetrac due to intergration issues. Most of the time, these are certain type of digital photography files.

I have utilized the FileTrac claims management system in my offices for over 10 years. I reviewed/researched other products prior to implementing FileTrac. None of the other products compared to FileTrac’s features and benefits. If you are considering a fully capable claims management system, I highly recommend you start with FileTrac. You will not be disappointed.

Pros

• Intuitive & Easy to Use • Affordable – No upfront costs or fees. Unlimited users/locations at no additional cost. Only cost is a one time fee per claim that is very affordable. The cost is easily recouped in gained efficiencies. • Scalable • FileTrac is a Progressive & Forward-Thinking company that adds new features and benefits often. • Full and easy integration with other platforms such as Xactimate, Symbility & QuickBooks. • Advanced Reporting Capabilities that will fit any scenario. • Convenient and easy to use Diary system. • Superb Tech Support • Time sheet tracking and Adjuster Payout Tracking make billing and commission reporting easy. • Web Based – Ability to manage and handle claims from anywhere . In 10+ yeas of use, we have never had an issue or downtime and at the end of the day, we just want to close claims so more are coming in. So bottom line, they are only an assistance to our end goal not a hinderance or even a second thought in an already busy day.

Pros

It is easy to use, easy to roll out, don't have to train any employees on use due to the user experience being self explanatory. The software has bridges that integrates with all the various software we use regardless of the carrier. So with Symbility all the claims come in via the Symbility bridge so there is no time consuming setup process for each claim, can assign them all out via a map via by zip code, adjuster, manager or supervisor can be automated based off specifics of the file, all data is easily synced back to Symbility so only have to keep notes in one area on the invoice not the invoice, File Trac and Symbility along with so much more. Equally their is a bridge with Xactimate, a bridge with HOVER, and they will even work with you if you have your own proprietery system. I can't say this about really any other company or vendor that has worked with me in the past, at least not to the same degree, and that is they believe in a shared fate, they are in the boat with you. They want to see you succeed because when one succeeds we both win. That is mutual too because as they grow, the software becomes stronger making our operations stronger. In my opinion a claims companies value is from their process, not solely their claim volume if at all. File Trac has helped us build an AMAZING process, a claims assembly line, automating what can be automated and allowing us to focus on the quality more than mundane tasks. File Trac has been key to our success.

Cons

It was that there were some automation concepts we needed it didn't have but then it turns out, they did have them just had to setup differently and the ones it didn't they made for us.

Pros

First and foremost I'd say the customer service and support. I would like this to be a thank you to all of the people that have helped us over the years. The software is easy to use, new users are able to get up and running in no time. While the software is easy to use it is extremely robust. It has improved our productivity exponentially. The communication and diary tools in FileTrac are the best feature for our management team. FileTrac is an internet based system, this is essential for our business as we have multiple locations. Everything is handled in real-time so we have a reliable view of our work product. This feature is especially relevant during this time with remote work due to Covid-19. Our firm has been able to function seamlessly thanks in large part to FileTrac. We have been using FileTrac for over 10 years and is still one of our best business decisions.

Cons

FileTrac adds features regularly. In fact they are in the midst of a comprehensive and exciting update. Any cons that I could think of have been tackled over the years.

I have been involved with FileTrac for over 10 years. They are customer oriented, service oriented, technologically current and forward thinking. Over the years I have developed a true friendship with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team at FileTrac and would recommend this program without any reservation!

Pros

The ability to bulk dispatch using the mapping system and the ability to create your own reports based on our specific need. I am a big fan of their Customer Support Team. They are open minded and responsive to our needs regardless of the day or time of day you may be experiencing an issue. They are true partners!

Cons

I struggle to identify a negative to this CMS.
