My overall experience with this product has been fairly pleasant and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros

What I like most about this product is that it helped me with a tremendous amount of opportunities to finalize deals.

Cons

What I liked least about this product is that it glitches when trying to find quality leads during working hours.

I would say that my overall experience with DiscoverOrg has been up to par and I have really enjoyed myself with it.

Pros

What I like most about DiscoverOrg is that it is a platform that is easy to use and navigate around entirely as a whole.

Cons

The thing I like least about DiscoverOrg is that it can sometimes perform a glitch which can be a bit inefficient.

Pros

Contact accuracy is great; Most companies are present that we need details on; Section on tech stack and scoops are very helpful to prospect

Cons

It is being deprecated and replaced with ZoomInfo; That is good but DiscoverOrg was really great.

DiscoverOrg works well with the rest of our tech stack which we find to be successful.

Pros

DiscoverOrg has a good salesforce integration and is valuable in delivering company info. Zoom info is better for getting contact information.

Cons

DiscoverOrg is not the easiest to deploy but runs smoothly afterwards.

It was problematic when handing down the data to our marketing team. It cannot be used as a stand-alone reference for leads.

Pros

They have a large database for leads. Also found a lot of leads that you will not find in other similar service.

Cons

There is a large amount of invalid information and a lot that is outdated. The leads were either no longer with the company, their company position was already different, or the contact number was from a different department.

DiscoverOrg has the biggest database of contacts of prospects in B2B world. These contacts are 70%+ accurate for the information about their profile and contact information.

Cons

Sometimes the contact list for small and mid-sized companies is not that accurate

Pros

DiscoverOrg is a great idea for a software and is great when the data is there. It’s super helpful for mapping out an organization.

Cons

The thing I like least is when I need to map out an organization and the data isn’t there or when it’s incorrect.

It took 99% of the guesswork and legwork out of prospecting and account outreach, period. Especially once it's tied into your CRM and internal business systems, this becomes mission critical software for any sales and marketing organization.

Pros

The incredible detail that you can unlock for each target account is astounding. I've seen cell phone numbers listed for contacts I needed to reach out to. It's mind blowing.

Cons

The event triggers are good, but can be slightly more curated for your business case. This is extremely expensive software. It would be a good idea for DiscoverOrg to help identify this area for professional services growth.

There is a great amount of information on enterprise sized accounts.

When it comes to the SMB segment, a lot of information is missing and out of date.
