Pros

SurePayroll is very simple and straightforward. I has everything I need, without the extra frills.

Cons

Some menus are not as direct as they could be, but they do have all the information that I need.

SurePayroll is very user friendly, not complicated at all. I don't have to worry about any hidden fees.

Overall I would recommend SurePayroll, And I enjoy using them.

Pros

It was very easy to use. I love that I don’t have to worry and it can take less then a minute to submit a payroll.

Cons

The main complaint I have is the process of always having to confirm via my cell phone, it seems like a safe reliable way could be done without all the confirming via text. I have forgotten my cell phone and was unable to complete payroll at the office due to this. Also wish they would send W-2’s to employees.

Nice but wouldn't use myself or select for a new venture.

Pros

Payroll on time, very friendly customer service

Cons

tedious to deal with even as an admin, constantly reverifying status as admin and having to work through phone trees to do anything manual

To meet federal and state requirements, the product was a godsend. Easy to use and easy to change. Best part is they take care of the tedious reporting tasks.

Pros

It's like its on autopilot. Easy to set up, then let it run itself. It is very simple to run what if scenarios to project withholdings and costs.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. Product is very easy to use

Well into year 2 of using the service, I could not be happier with it; have and will continue to refer business friends to the service.

Pros

SurpPayroll does EVERYTHING AUTOMATICALLY, once it is set up, which gives extreme peace of mind to the business owner!

Cons

One time adjustment to pay amounts, which did require me to utilize the skill of the customer service rep to accomplish.

Data entry is fast. Commission, travel expenses are easily added.

Pros

No more filing with the state or federal government. Easy to use. Employees can access their payroll info.

Cons

What's not to like? I had to enter at least 40 characters to submit my review.

### "Clunky from a User Expereince"

Pros

The site functional, tracks your paycheck, and you do get paid. All the information you need is available on the website.

Cons

The site is rather clunky, as every time you need to login, you HAVE to do the text confirmation check, but if you're on a prepaid plan with your cell phone provider, the texts never send and you are logged out. I had to get HR to redo my internal file with a Google voice number just to be able to get my W-2, as they won't do a call or an email verification. Beyond that, the site is just very basic, no robust features, but the core of the product does work. Finding where documents are is a little non-user friendly, but not the worst I've seen.

Awful - one headache after another. I spent so much of my life on hold with SurePayroll just trying to find out basic information about how their service worked. I'm writing this review because I'm stuck on hold with them now, waiting miserably for a rep to tell me they aren't able to help

Pros

Literally nothing about this was good - terrible interface, horrendous customer service, awful communication

Cons

Customer service was abysmal and the service was very difficult to use. SurePayroll personnel made me feel helpless, confused, and hung out to dry

I’m a very busy one man show, and like the option I can change my payroll dates and amounts paid when I choose to do so. Also that all federal, state, county taxes taken care of and at end of year I have a full report at my fingertips.

Pros

It’s as easy as 1-2-3 to do my payroll on my time, my terms.

Cons

So far no issues to report so no cons to date!

Very user friendly , it helps pay your employees in a timely manner. this software also pays and files your taxes.

Cons

sometimes there are glitches that causes you to call customer support. However, customer support is very helpful.

Pros

It's really easy to use once you get the set up right. They help a lot with this, and can help you fix mistakes.

Cons

Had a hard time getting the clergy pay set up initially, and when taxes were refunded they came for our account, not from surplus Sure Payroll was holding (will settle quarterly).

Pros

Value for money as well as value for time spent. I am able to issue pay cheques easily quickly, and when a payroll is missed, dealing with a missed cheque is not a nightmare.

Cons

Lack of human interaction or call reminders, but that's the trade off for cost reduction. It is NOT a real con, but I need to be honest and put something down.

I found that I did not need it after one month and tried to cancel it but found several months later that I was still being billed for the service. The cancellation process is not easy and there are no emails about subscription billing to let me know that I was still paying. Basically paid for 6 months for no usage.

Pros

It was a well designed application with lots of features.

Cons

Not easy to talk to anyone about issues.

We have been using SurePayroll for my insurance agency for a little over a year now and I must say it fits the bill in every way. The data entry is very simple and takes only a few minutes. I can make changes each pay period to include commission income or hourly adjustments. The only minor issue I have had is waiting for the payroll summary report to update online from the previous pay period. I've found that if I logoff and login again it updates much faster. Beyond that...for a small to medium size business, I think it is a very cost effective and efficient way to process payroll. As a result, I have referred SurePayroll to a number of my small business clients. Tim Shelton, my original SurePayroll representative is very responsive to any questions I may have. Keep up the good work!!
