### "Horrible Company-not worth the money you think you are saving"

Account rep, "Amber", was rude, non-responsive,and not educated enough to represent my company for running basic payroll.

Pros

It was inexpensive - I thought I could save money

Cons

Customer service and account rep...whom I never heard from until the day I cancelled

Sure Payroll was half the price and had a three moth free trial. I will be going back to ADP. The disount payroll services are not worth the money.

### "Good resource for small business"

Allow small business to provide weekly payroll with minimal effort.

Pros

Good access to reports and spending trends. Simple entry of weekly payroll information. Good customer support.

Cons

Some changes to payroll were not intuitive and required customer support. Monthly fees require some effort to find.

Cost of initial start up. Familiar with PayChex. Good reviews.

I liked the promotion regarding getting free first month but there after, rates went up and up.

Set up was simple. Very user-friendly. Customer support is easy to reach and quickly answered my questions.

Wish there was an option for paper checks to be mailed instead of having to print checks.

SurePayroll is a powerful, flexible, and so organize to pay your staff, and it offers good support and top-notch reporting. also, it' s interface is dated.

Pros

Excellent record keeping and pay-processing tools. Supports multiple payroll types. Integrates with multiple accounting sites. Good mobile apps for employer and employees. The support staff are very nice and help so quick if you have any issue.

Cons

I don't have any issues with this software. I have been using it for more than a year and I can't be more grateful. some people think it is a little expensive but for what it is I don't think so.

Pros

Payroll is super quick and easy. No hassle and very little time needed.

Cons

Setup took a while but that would be inherent to any payroll software so no real complaints. The person who helped set everything up was amazing.

### "Overall does a great job"

Overall I really like using the software and support is there when you need them for the most part.

Pros

It is very easy to set up and work with on a daily basis. They keep track of all the employees and vacation/sick time is easy to work with for each employee. They take care of figuring all the taxes for the employees and send that in to the IRS and State. At the end of the year all you do is print the W2's.

Cons

It is really hard to set up multiple or unique sick amounts and or vacation times. They are also very limiting on how many people can get in and use the site.

Could not complete signup, they had to send docu-sign files to sign. No username retrieval services. Takes 15 mins to reach customer service. Account Executives call constantly, but the minute you have lost your patience with their cumbersome web services, you will not be able to cancel without a long drawn out process. .

Pros

People were nice, never got to use the actual program.

Cons

UX disaster No username retrieval, hope you don't loose it. 25 min. wait for customer service. Keep all your records to cancel.

Reason for choosing SurePayroll

graphics looked more professional, but it didn't take long to realize this is not a real service with proper user experience for modern web use.

They are a big company and don't care to provide service. Also, if you need something expedited, they will charge you, but that doesn't mean you get a result.

Pros

well known and tax mistakes only happen every three years or so

Cons

poor service, can't do payroll when I'm out of town using phone or laptop.

### "Makes payroll simple and easy!"

Pros

I love that the taxes are automatically taken out. I can log each employee and their hours to be assured everything will be calculated correctly. They give you many options to set up your account like number of employees and hours for each employee each week. You can also add break times and set funds to pay into insurance or other things.

Cons

Depending on company size the price can get a little high. The company is very flexible to work with. Customer service representivies have been very nice and a pleasure to speak to.

Pros

Everything is clearly labeled. You can go in and quickly get it done knowing they will keep you in full compliance.

Cons

It would be helpful to be able to more easily make changes to the default payroll.

### "Need your life simplified?"

I regret that it took me so long to find out about this company. I am and was very old school. I did everything by hand. I still have handwritten backup ledgers for all of the students that dance at our studio. I still don't trust that computers won't crash. I have used my form of backup twice before after crashes. SurePayroll gives me peace of mind.

Pros

The ease of use and the trust of knowing that all forms and taxes will be filled out and mailed on time.

Cons

I have not found a downside to having more free time at the end of the month along with the peace of mind that I did not make a mistake.

Whenever I have had questions they get answered right away with a phone call. They do no make you wait to talk to a rep.

Pros

Price was first in mind, then ease of use.

Cons

Having to get an authorization code every single time I log in even if it’s from the same computer, and also when I’m already logged in and going into another section
