### "Tool for Online Church "

Pros

Having to move church online created difficulties in how to personally connect with those watching the service. Adding HelpCrunch's chat feature has given us another avenue to connect with people on Sunday mornings and throughout the week.

Cons

A difficulty for this software is the drastic price increase for each user. It would be nice to be able to have more than one chat user for the base price to allow for the chat feature to be more personalized.

Pros

Email and chat in one place. This is something that we need in our everyday work.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit on the steep side, but once you get familiar with the tool, using it is a breeze.

Great chat tool and Intercom alternative

Pros

Easy integration. Flexible customization. Fast Support. Contains lot of nice features. Has a free plan. Much cheaper as Intercom.

Cons

As for now none where found. The only thing that might be a issue is tracking data that is send while some action is performed on website.

HC IOS app not showing latest chat, does not update (Iphone X 12.0) Please when sending e-mail requesting reviews don't put "RE:" in the subject to deliberately (and sneakily) enhance my chance to open the mail, it's beneath common decency
