"Convenient ERP to get started"

**Pros:** It's convenient and easy to set up for the most part. You can get going once you have an idea on how you want to use the product.

**Cons:** It has a lot of constraints, sometimes it feels like it's more restrictive that it has to be and doesn't offer a lot of customization. Also, some parts feel abandoned, the billing modules are not very good, and it feels like they have been on v4 forever where this new version and old version co-exist.

"Necessary for project tracking "

**Pros:** I like that we can compare sales, work flow from month to month, year to year. Great resource for keeping track of your business.

**Cons:** There have been some hiccups, that I think were just user errors. All issues are always solved in a timely manner.
