### "Timesheeting and more"

Overall, I enjoy using the software. Entering timesheets is super easy. It's also good to see my tasks for the week ahead.

Pros

I really like how I can see all the work I have been assigned at the beginning of the week. It's also very easy to enter my timesheet

Cons

I think the search functionality could be improved. Also, it's very difficult to book holiday leave in advance - it's a very roundabout process.

Accelo has given me a "picture" of my business that, initially, I was reluctant to believe. Sometimes that first accurate picture isn't pretty, but I'm thankful for it.

Pros

Accelo has encoded the work flows for my business. I was unaware of some of those flows, so the software has educated me. It solved problems I didn't know that I had.

Cons

What I like least really has nothing to do with Accelo. It can be complex, but, for me, that was because I didn't understand some of the complexities in my business. For example, the Retainers section has you trying to understand the options that they give you. Your first question will be, "Why does this have to be so complex?", or "Who would do it that way?". When you realize the reasons that they structured Retainers, you understand the power of it.

### "Most feature packed project management tool we could find"

With Accelo everything is all in the one place: CRM, Email Communication, Project Management, Support Ticketing, Invoicing, Retainers, etc. and it also integrates with our other tools (Xero, MailChimp) and when there isn't an integration there is the API which covers 90% of the product. It's the only product we found that did everything well. Interface is clean and easy to use (although has a bit of a learning curve - mostly due to the HUGE amount of features and multiple ways to get things done). Support is responsive and when something doesn't work they are quick to rectify. The automatic scheduling is a little inflexible and favours distributing work across multiple work days rather than in one solid block. The API doesn't cover retainers. We have almost 800 subscriptions from a previous product that we can't import. The product is pretty expensive when compared to competitors - even for all the functions it provides. Reports are limited to what is provided and filtering of tables. Would be great to be able to build more complicated reports across different record types. Xero integration is great but doesn't track custom columns in invoices.

What happened in my business today, is the burning question Accelo helps me answer.

Pros

Across all our different revenue streams, tickets, contracts, projects we can for the first time, incredibly easily track activity and therefore see Profit per employee and Profit per Contract / Project / Ticket alot more easily.

Cons

It doesn't really suit a software consultancy although strides into Adaptive Project Management are definitly steps in the right direction, and I have no doubt the Accelo team will continue to listen to customers and improve at a rapid rate as they have done for quite a number of years now.

I liked a lot in general, but is a big issue the reports deficit and the lack of data to export

Pros

It has the Signoff feature : I really like this , you can send an approval to any people added in the project , also a client ( guest licences), and them can approve the request ( like a changes or new feature ) Proyect Type Function: You can customize the flow of the Project Like at this moment it is the stage 1 - next is Stage 2 , you can add them as you need , related also with a specific custom fields to the type of project. End user portal: I really like it it shows all the projects related to this client, the gant chart, signofs, and also it allow you to send request ,

Cons

\*Filters and reports: \*Filters you cannot search information for the new custon fields in the main view you cannot add the custom fields, nether the progress in the project overview . the report sections : totally deficient only has 2 types , and you cannot add the custom fields. \*If we need to create reports or executive reports, it is very difficult because it does not allow to export all that is needed.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. I track all my projects and clock my entire day in Accelo. It allows me to see where I am spending my time. The analytics make it possible to make adjustments to tasks that need more time etc.

Cons

None so far. Accelo is always bringing out new features that I didn't even realize I needed.

Pros - easy to use especially with the guides and you tubes and google searches. It can be hard sometimes to understand the answer but I just ask a question and the team answer for me. - the ideas field is excellent as there are a number of solutions already posted for problems which you can use to adapt to your settings. - constant upgrades and improvements. The team recognize that the product needs to be alot of different things to different companies and are constantly improving and upgrading each section so it is more versatile. Cons - unable to set multiple bill rates per engineer. Our rates vary per job for the one engineer. With the version we have we are unable to set multiple rates. However I do believe this is possible with a different version. - Quotes section - would be great to be able to import our template to make it easier to use. However Affinity have already communicated that Quotes is a work in progress with more improvements expected in Q3/Q4 Overall - it is an easy to use tool that suits our business needs. We have the basic access but are still able to manipulate data and reports to get what we need. - Each day I learn more and more about the tool which is also enjoyable as we see how it helps our sales team each day. - The team who answer all of my questions (and I have ALOT) are really helpful and break down the answers into a language I understand. I have no HTML background or programming background so for technical engineers to be able to translate a product into a language that the lay-person understands really is an excellent skill to have (and rare).

Pros

One of the only tools available that integrates CRM, project planning and billing in one easy to use layout!

Cons

Frequent updates make getting used to the tool a bit slow. Navigation between projects/work/client can be confusing at the beginning until you get used to the lingo.

Overall we have enjoyed Accelo. It has filled some gaps in how we were operating in our old just tickets system. This has greatly increased visibility in to workloads.

Pros

Integration is key. We have a lot of different tools and this interrogates with most of them. For those that doesn't the API has been a fantastic solution to get our processes working.

Cons

Some odd things with some parts of the processes within the product. Like you can copy progressions and custom fields from other issue types but you can't copy the triggers over for automation. Makes adding things to the product manually tedious entry.

Overall, Accelo makes our daily lives as designers much simpler. We are still learning something new and helpful within the software every day and their customer support is VERY on top of questions and concerns.

Pros

Integration with Gmail makes creating tasks from emails very easy. The ability to create projects by client makes keeping tasks organized and logging time a breeze.

Cons

Accelo can definitely seem intimidating at first as there are a ton of menus that can take time to familiarize yourself with.

Overall, I like using Accelo and will continue to use it. I hope expand how we use it and explore new areas of the tool.

Pros

This is one of the few tools out there that has been extremely helpful in managing retainer work. Our team appreciate the tool's ability to track time and tasks within projects. I also really like the triggers for alerts on budget/usage %, this automation has been very helpful.

Cons

There is a lot of rigidness about the system, with lots of work arounds, but still some aspects of it do not have the flexibility you want it to. Task are more difficult to manage and assign than just a task management/checklist type system.

Pros

Though we don't use all of the features we do use it for several key functions including TimeEntry - Expense reporting - Invoicing etc. Nice to have one system to avoid numerous integration points, and reduce redundant data entry. For a small company we found it cost effective in comparison to others and keeps everything in one organized spot for increased productivity.

Cons

Can be a bit touchy with removing users. Removing a user shouldn't delete them from ever existing in the history. Know what you're doing-take advantage of their training.

### "Great for switching away from Connectwise Manage"

Pretty great - I am saving a lot of money compared to my slow Connectwise Manage configuration that wasn't that well integrated with Connectwise Automate anyways. I had to change away from CW Manage due to cost and slowness and Accelo is definitely better in both respects.

Pros

Fast interface and costs less than Connectwise Manage.

Cons

Still has a couple niggling details to make my day faster that they are still working on - filtered list of tickets resets when a change is made and you have to reload the filter. Nothing that is a showstopper.

Customer service took long to come back when we wanted to proceed with plan. The non-upfront US$800 hidden charge - were were shocked when told of this.It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website. this has created a very positive experience and turned it into a very negative one.

Pros

We enjoyed it a lot during trial and was about to sign up. The monthly rate advertised did not mention there is a initial start up US$800 fee and you are forced to speak to a consultant and pay this fee to get started. You can't sign up direclty like other SAAS. Big warning. wasted a lot of our time. Should have brought this up to us upfront.

Cons

The non-upfront US$800 hidden charge - were were shocked when told of this.It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website.

I love the quoting function and Customer Tracking/ticketing. This product allows you to track about anything you want. It syncs to your Gmail so you can get a notification on scheduling and different projects.

Cons

In the beginning this product is hard to use. Once you use it daily and spend the time to learn it. It is a great product

Pros

fully fledged CRM to manage leads effectively through the quotation process. Good way to monitor time and activity at work to understand and prioritize product time. Very well integrates with email, voip and salesforce to allow for good handle on information flow across system and give a consolidated view.

Cons

nothing much that i can think of which needs to change.

As a project manager, it is hard to find software that can be used on many platforms and does not cost a lot of money. I think Accelo is the perfect solution.

Cons

There is some better software out there, with better features but cost-wise, Accelo is a much more wise choice.

Accelo is a really powerful tool with a lot of functionnalities that you can set up. It has so many potentiel to help you grow your business. It can be use as a CRM, a project management tool and it can also send invoices!

Cons

If you purchase Accelo, I hope you have patience! This is a really complex product and not so user friendly if you set this up by yourself. The graphic design is not that great either.

The overall experience with Accelo has been positive. It has made me more aware of the amount of time I spend on tasks and has highlighted areas in which I can be more productive. My experiences with the support team have been amazing and I have always received a response within the hour of me emailing!

Pros

I love Accelo for multiple reasons, the main one being it speeds up my day. The template feature for emails has shaved at least an hour off my day, allowing me to spend more time doing profitable things. I also like the ease of having my emails, phone calls and activities all time tracked experience me to see how much time I am spending on highlighted clients and which ones I am missing communication with.

Cons

For me personally, I would like the option to skip some of the approval steps in support tickets as when I am in a rush they are a little annoying to need to go through every approval step. highlighted the feature is useful for keeping a logexperience when it is an internal support ticket I would like to be able to skip a few steps.
