I ended up lodging PayPal disputes, one of which I won. Still, they refused to refund me the rest and closed my account with a snarky sign-off. Deeply unprofessional. **Pros:** Beyond Pricing looks great on the surface—easy to connect, slick interface, and promises of maximising your Airbnb earnings through smart, dynamic pricing. **Cons:** The problem? If you have Airbnb’s Smart Pricing turned on (which most hosts do), it overrides Beyond completely—making their paid service effectively useless. Our support team also followed standard procedure and provided supporting documentation when the dispute was raised through PayPal, which ultimately ruled in our favor after reviewing the evidence.
