"User-Friendly But With Room For Improvement"

**Overall:** I would my experience with Greetly has been pretty good. It really works good and I can customize it more as per my need. It makes check-in smooth and professional which is the main point of it.

**Pros:** I love the multilingual feature of Greetly how perfectly it supports different language which helps me a lot. The automation also reduce the chance of mistakes and saves time. The user interface is very friendly which makes it easy to use.

**Cons:** I dislike that it requires the additional hardware which adds up the extra cost also with no mobile app which is the big turn off for me.
