The product is easy to use for both candidates and HR team. 2. he integration built with SF is done well and therefore works seamlessly with only a few glitches here and there at times. 3. The training provided is great. Cons 1\. The support TAT can be reduced as most of the issues needs to be resolved in a stipulated time. 2. Most of the customer facing team is easy to approach and responds well. But we feel there is a scope for improvement for some SPOCs as we faced a lot of delays due to the ay things get handles at times.
