The product is easy to use for both candidates and HR team. 2. he integration built with SF is done well and therefore works seamlessly with only a few glitches here and there at times. 3. The training provided is great. Cons 1\. The support TAT can be reduced as most of the issues needs to be resolved in a stipulated time. 2. Most of the customer facing team is easy to approach and responds well. It made completing them simple and timely. Would recommend it. Pros TyDy summarized tasks, content and deadlines quite clearly on the platform which made it easy to keep a track of them.
