Typeform costs us R$299 monthly and delivers sizing data that cut our remake rate from 8% to under 3%, that paid for itself in month two. For a small fashion business that needs actual customer input before cutting fabric, the math works. I'd buy it again tomorrow. Pros We collect sizing feedback and style preferences before production runs. Our response rate jumped from 11% with email surveys to 64% with Typeform, that’s 6x more data on what our customers actually want, which has honestly saved us so much time. The one-question-at-a-time format works great on phones. This is huge since 73% of our customers fill these out on mobile. It's advanced features make any type of form possible Cons Certain parts of it are hard to figure out without education or training. Certain features are complex and need time to learn. I like that it offers analytics features. Cons I think the free version doesn’t allow enough. The one question per screen is good for some forms, but this can be annoying for users. The features are pretty fun to use and it has the best value for money. Cons If I had to point out something, maybe the price.
