l'aspect financier est appréciable forcément comparé à son conçurent direct DOCTOLIB

Cons

Service client totalement inefficace, très peu expérimenté pour de simples questions comme par exemple : comment retrouver l'accès à l'application smartphone après le système de double identification mis en place ? Certe Doctolib est bien plus cher mais un problème ne persiste pas durant presque deux semaines ...

Mauvaise expérience surtout du fait de la très grande difficulté à avoir des réponses à nos questions.

Pros

Nous n'avons pas pu tester le logiciel. Les problèmes apparaissent avant: facturation automatique alors qu'il s'agit d'une option gratuite (avec contrat à 0 € et mail de confirmation de la directrice commerciale). Aucune possibilité par la suite de régulariser la situation. On s'est même demandé à un moment s'il ne s'agissait pas d'une arnaque ! Devant le silence total de la société nous dénonçons le contrat et avons du faire opposition bancaire à leurs prélèvement...

Cons

Nous n'avons pas pu le tester. La société ne nous recontacte pas pour régler en amont le problème de facturation...

Société frauduleuse, qui facture des prestations dont on ne souhaite pas bénéficier (je suis pro de santé). Voilà plus de 6 mois que je suis prélevée, abusivement, de 49 euros/mois. Leurs services ne traitent pas les demandes de résiliation (qui d’ailleurs n’en est pas une puisque je n’ai jamais effectué la formation). Ils ne sont pas joignables par téléphone, les mails restent sans réponse, etc. Votre incompétence est à la hauteur de votre malhonnêteté.

Pros

Absolument RIEN, le néant, le vide astral.

Cons

Société qui prélève malgré « x » mails stipulant ne pas souhaiter bénéficier de leur services. Injoignables au téléphone, mails sans réponse, la liste est trop longue.

Prélève l'abonnement même lorsque vous avez demandé à résilier ! Service client incompétent. Je me demande si ils ne font pas exprès. Des poursuites vont être engager si d'ici peu ils n'ont pas réglé mon problème.

Je ne recommande absolument pas. Alors oui, c'est moins cher que Doctolib, mais la raison de ce bas coût est évidente

Pros

Bon 1er contact avec les commerciaux, version d'essai gratuite (utile pour se rendre compte que ça ne convient pas)

Cons

Tout le reste : - Logiciel peu ergonomique - Nombreuses fonctions et promesses faites non tenues - Gestion catastrophique - Facturation 2 mois après avoir résilié malgré plusieurs contacts avec des commerciaux disant que la résiliation avait bien été prise en compte - Impossible de les avoir au téléphone sur le numéro indiqué sur la facture (j'ai lâché l'affaire après 15min d'attente)

Pros

Utilisable sur nimporte quel smartphone , application patient, et application pro. Permet de prendre rdv en ligne pour le patient, annuler modifier son rdv et recevoir un rappel par SMS ou email.

Cons

Côté patient, on appelle pour vous ne signifie pas que le professionnel travaille avec Clickdoc

Pendant plusieurs mois, j’ai, en vain, essayé d’utiliser ce logiciel qui faisait semblant de permettre la prise de rendez-vous avec les médecins. Finalement, j’ai réussi de prendre un rendez-vous, mais une fois chez le médecin, je me suis rendu compte qu’il n’y avait pas de rendez-vous pris. Comme nous sommes partis en vacances aujourd’hui, je suis très embêté car mon infection n’a pas pu être traitée.

Pros

Je n’en ai découvert aucun. (Il est difficile d’élaborer les avantages quand je n’ai découvert des inconvénients.)

Cons

Nuisible. (Je pense que tout est dit sur mon expérience.)

Rien fonctionne, problème de mise en route, problème de gestion, problème de prises de RDV, etc.....
