While it's an automation software, it's focused on audience database management!!

Cons

The learning curve.. Give yourself some patience when you start out with this one. Once you get it, you'll love it, though!

Easily moved a bunch of contacts from CRM to Constant Contact email program.

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive process. Had no problems with the setup.

Cons

Everything was great. There was nothing not to like.

Need LinkedIn contacts to be in sync so the addition of this would help

Pros

Ease of syncing data without constantly exporting/uploading CSV files

Cons

Rules are great, but can be a bit confusing at times when setting up unique syncs. Likely user error in not fully reading through. Effect is platforms like Hubspot to Mailchimp struggle to import with different data requested from each.

Ease of use, great dashboard, simple connections and tons of future integrations with different CRM systems, softwares, etc

Cons

The team has lots of integrations left to cross off their list to match up where Zapier is now. Hoping they get there
