Pros

It works. Syncing data is very important to our business and using PieSync is pretty straightforward. No real insights to share other than it syncs like it's supposed to and email support is par for the course. If you need this solution, give PieSync a shot.

Cons

The software only syncs and it does that well. Nothing I hate or dislike.

I only need to setup once (need to put some thoughts on this), but once it's done, it's automatic all the way.

Pros

The user interface is very polished and easy to use. The engine works as advertised, and it's pretty fast to sync contacts.

Cons

Documentation is a bit lacking. They have knowledge base, but it's organized unintuitively and I think they can do better.

Piesync gathers tons of important information without taking any of my time. I've used Piesync and find it just keeps populating important fields and sorts through duplicate records. Just a great data gathering and management system to link to a CRM. I use Google and Nimble.

Overall this is a GREAT tool to help you be more productive

Pros

What a GREAT tool to help you keep your data in sync between different systems. Since not every system can do everything using tools like PieSync to connect your data between systems and keep it updated is awesome. For example not every CRM has a Power Dialer like PhoneBurner but PieSynce makes it easy for you to sync your data from one CRM into the PhoneBurner CRM so you can power through your calls like a champion.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep but that is to be expected with a system that connects your data between systems. There are some limitation regarding what can be synced but that really isn't their fault.

I inherited this software solution and subscribe to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" school of thought.

Pros

We rely on PieSync to move client contact info from our CRM to Constant Contact. Without PieSync, this would be an awful, manual & repetitive process.

Cons

I am not totally sure how it works; we scheduled a call and the rep was super helpful, but again, I don't know the frequency of the data pushes or how to manage that.

We needed an agile sync platform between Outreach and Hubspot. PieSync free trial made it incredibly easy to get started, confirm that it performed as needed, and transition into a paid subscription. The biggest challenge is just working around incompatible data fields, and while it would be great if PieSync was a bit more versatile around those data fields, I understand the limitations. Customer service is excellent, though responses often came overnight as opposed to same day.

Pros

Ease of implementation and use, transparency of data syncing performance.

Cons

Just the limitations of syncing particular data fields between platforms, eg. drop down selections in one platforms to text fields in another.

Reason for choosing Operations Hub

The success of the 2-week free trial and Hubspot's recent acquisition of PieSync made it an easy choice.

I am using Dynamics 365 and I wanted a 2-way sync between Outlook and D365. PieSync works perfectly - easy setup and it just plain works. I did not have any issues but along the way I did have some general questions about the service and features. The company responded within minutes (that's minutes, not hours not days)

Pros

Easy to configure, make that SUPER easy to configure

Cons

I did not experience any issues in set up configuration

I am using PieSync as an included add-on in Nimble CRM. It works great connecting outside apps like MailChimp and syncing lists.

Pros

The integration worked seamlessly. I really liked the suggested sync scenarios and the ability to edit and update them. I also like the confirmation when syncs occur.

Cons

So far nothing i don't like about this.

I wanted my Highrise contacts folder which contains several thousand contacts to automatically sync with my Google contacts. Piesync is affordable and does this exceptionally well. In the past, I have also integrated my contacts successfully with MailChimp.

Pros

Cheap, fast and reliable.

Cons

None thus far to report.

I have been searching for a way to accurately sync Highrise with Google contacts. It turns out that PieSync was the answer. PieSync worked right away and it keeps my over 7500 contacts synced. A cool feature is the ability to see on a graph how many new or corrected contacts have been synced each day.

Pros

Easy to use. Sharp interface. They have great support.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

Seamless synch of contacts between Hubspot and Mail Chimp. Was incredibly easy to use. Loved the reporting on why things didnt work either. We've added people we had completely missed No more spreadsheets with lookups, manual imports, etc. Great value for money.

Cons

Haven't used it enough yet to find anything but so far so good.

Zapier was just too complicated. Worked one way but not the other. They constantly change their integrations, etc.

Pros

I'd definitely say they UI and UX is amazing and intuitive. The UX can even more robust and easier where the non-technical persons also understand what's happening in this tool when they log in.

Cons

The present features and functionalities should definitely be improved. Maybe implementing monthly reports can be helpful for a user (like me) to have a quick snapshot, how many dupes PieSync detected and etc. At the moment, I approach the customer support team and they help me with this.

Genuinely couldn't have got ourselves off the ground in half the time without PieSync and its features - tying together multiple hubs and giving us multiple routes to market.

Pros

PieSync was an excellent means of getting us up and going in our first few months - automating the repetitive stuff so we could concentrate on developing clients and delivering work!

Cons

Software is great - always just limited by the scope of base apps APIs.

I have about 4,000 contacts that I have created over the past 11 years of networking in my community. I was paying someone an hourly rate to enter contact data and update their information when it changed. It was hard to keep up! Now I have a platform that syncs my main google address book from my account to mailchimp without even thinking about it! Wonderful.

Pros

It was so easy to setup! It sends me a report each month to keep me posted on the status of my syncs.

I've been able to go through and set up customized syncs on the go and get this working for different workloads within the two systems. this is now used for automated workflows that have helped to speed up processes. we were using a bespoke tool for this which was a lot more money and less functionality and easy to make changes, this software fitted what we needed and worked.

Pros

How easy it is to start the syncs and customize.

Cons

Amount of fields that we sync. we have multiple entities within different systems and it would be great to start using this tool for other entities as it is so great on the ones it is on.

I avoided using online CRM's for years due to their nearly universal inability to provide timely two-way synch with my Google Contacts. To me, this kind of synch is essential, because mostly I'm using my cell phone to dial out. This means if I make a change in the CRM, I want that to show up in my phone's contact list asap. Let's face it - Google Contacts is rapidly becoming the world's central contact repository. In designing a good business data structure, you need to pick one database for the central store. PieSync brings this kind of logic to all my online data systems and apps that synch with Google Contacts so my whole system stays up to date effortlessly.

Pros

Works exactly as they describe.

Cons

None that I can think of!
