It's doing exactly what it's supposed to do, which is all I can ask of it. Pros It was exceptionally easy to setup integration between my financial and CRM software. It was easy to understand, field map, setup filters, and watch the data pump process. It was exceptionally easy, especially when compared to other competitors. I need to know who is calling me so I don't sound like an idiot when I pick up the phone. PieSync allows me to have new inquiries automatically synced into my phone via our CRM (OnePage, though I would try others too). I can then sync back changes to clients, associating a phone number if they haven't given me one, or adding more details for next time Pros $5/month mostly meets our needs. Deletion syncs! Two-Way (Zapier doesn't do either of these) Ends bloated contact lists Cons $5/month plan doesn't allow multiple features. Having tried various internet suggested work-rounds it became apparent that a fully integrated system was the answer. PieSync to the rescue. As a small business anything that makes my life easier is positive and gives me more time to concentrate on growth rather than day-to day Pros Ease of installation / set up Data integrity Install and forget Compatibility with other business related software / applications Cons Would appreciate full sync (inc deletion) on basic version even if it was restricted to say 500 contacts. What this means is that if I update a phone number for a client my CRM I can have it automatically updated wherever I may need it. Cons I am impatiently waiting for a couple of integrations that I have voted for. Saying that, each quarter they have been releasing integrations with a handful of software choices. " January 4, 2018 5.0 A fully synced address book across my software eco system (HubSpot/G Suite/Smartphone/Laptop). Pros It took us almost no time to set this up. We are several people in the team and everybody was able to configure it by themselves with the help of a few screenshots. Since then it is working reliably and silent in the background of our software eco system. Cons We still have some minor issues syncing the salutation correctly. It doesn't bother that much. I wish more detailed trainings per platform were available. Pros Syncing the data and getting results needed. Cons There is a learning curve and being in the US, customer support is a bit hard to reach. Questions do get answered, but you have to be patient. I heard about the via Prosperworks and have been using the software for about a year now. Pleasantly surprised and a good value. Pros Simple and behind the scenes. Cons A few challenges with Google.FullContact, ProsperWorks all staying locked in but overall I think the bulk of the contacts are quite stable. Piesync did the job for me and it works for myself and i can even connect multiple sources to the same sync! Pros Very intuitive interface, easy to understand and great service support. Cons Support is awesome, but if they could be more aware if they are dealing with a noob or tech savy person, could save a lot of unneeded emails ;) But hey, it is the effort that counts! PieSync was the solution and even though it isn't the cheapest service out there, it is extremely effective and easy to set up. The time it has saved and the peace of mind I have in knowing my contacts are always in synch is worth it! Pros Easy to use and set up the synching feature Cons Nothing really. Very easy to use. During my setup, I was contacted by a member of the support team giving me a solution that was completely free from another company. I don't know if I've ever evangelized about a technology that I've cancelled before, but consider me a true believer. This is a superb company with a great product. If you need to sync a large number of contacts on a continual basis, it may be more affordable in the long term to build your own API integration as the monthly charges add up fast. Pros PieSync offers a two-way sync, which keeps your contacts and information in sync scross multiple platforms. It's easy to setup with basically a set it and forget it process. It's been reliable for keeping information synced since I started using it. Cons The way they price syncing can get expensive fast if you have a lot of contacts to sync. If you have the same contact on two platforms and want to syn them, they count as two separate contacts. So keeping the same 500 contacts synced between two platforms counts as 1000 contacts. I had one problem with the software and it was immediately responded to and resolved by their technical support team. Pros The robustness of their integrations and the ability to set filters on what is synced, the direction of sync and custom fields is the best thing about PieSync. Cons There is no way to do a delete function with the sync. I understand they want to limit mistakes, but there should be an advanced option to say when contact A is deleted in this source, delete it in the synced source. Review Source GT Greg T.
