Software is very user friendly. The interface is easy to navigate. Easy set up of new Clients.

Pros

The old WFM had extra features like the ability to upload photos of Clients (for facial recognition) and the invoice history including cancelled invoices was accessible and easy to retrieve. Also setting up new accounts was very easy. Also you can sort timesheets using any field.

Cons

In the old WFM, I couldn't raise 2 invoices at once for the same Client, and fonts are limited.

It has definetly helped us to keep a better track on time overall - and therefore we can see where we are running ahead or behind.

Pros

It enables us to keep a track of time spent on each project - we have numerous jobs running at any one time. It is very cost effective for what it offeres.

Cons

The time recording could be better - it's pretty clunky to switch between tasks, and the quick add is also very clunky.

Pros

Our project co-ordinators were able to easy input their project costs into the software. The software is easy to follow. I had minimal issues with confusion with the software.

Cons

Unfortunately the software doesn’t always calculate GST correctly. If costs in the invoice were not subject to GST, the software had problems correctly calculating the GST.

When it was active, WorkflowMax was the absolute gold standard for project management software. It will be sorely missed, as WorkflowMax by Bluerock just doesnt meet the same standard currently.

Pros

Working in finance, it's best feature was the seamless syncing to Xero. It made processing invoices and purchases a breeze. It's timesheet and job management functionality was, for the most part, also fast and simple to understand, which made implementation to less technically savvy staff much easier than it could've been.

Cons

It could sometimes be a bit convoluted, such as having three separate ways to enter timesheets. It was also not actively updated towards the end of it's life, but this was for obvious reasons.

We switched from Rapport3 to WorkflowMax due to the better pricing and functionality of WorkflowMax by Xero when it was active. It also looked a lot better and was much more user friendly.

When using it, one feels the order and professionalism with each use. It is friendly to work with.

Pros

Unlike other similar ones, this one is integrated with accounting applications, which allows centralizing the work. It also helps to make productivity reports.

Cons

The cost is high, so its target audience is medium and large companies. And it is fine, since its functionalities respond to its cost.

The main benefit is time, I am able to complete many jobs and assist many clients.

Pros

It helps my day flow effortlessly and allows me to be more time efficient. Time tracking and reports are essential as it ensures we as a business provide our clients a reliable service as nothing gets missed.

Cons

There has been a few times were it has crashed but the team always provide updates and correspondence on a fix and its within the hour.
