Pros I love how easy it is to add text and images, the search engine is brilliant and user friendly. They are always on hand to give you demos on their new features and improvements which is brilliant. If you have an idea this is also taken on board and sometimes it gets implemented too. Great Team, Cost Effective and extremely secure. Cons I would like to be able to invoice through the database as that would make life easier although I do think that this will come if more people want this feature. Pretend to be a small business that cares for small businesses, but are the total opposite and are currently hiding behind contracts when i've asked for help. System still not fully operational after a month - not worth the migration costs to move from other suppliers with. Am now left in an even worse position than when I was with the dumpster fire that is Vincere/Access, which I didn't think was even possible. Broken process where each department is seperate, zero account management once signed up. Holding my data hostage + no way to get out of the contract despite being in financial difficulties. They would sooner see the business go under as long as they get a paycheque. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pros The promise of the web integration, which we've paid for yet still don't have nearly 2 months down the line. For clarity, we cannot continue a partnership with a client who consistently uses threats against us, as this behaviour is not conducive to a successful business relationship. Despite us accommodating extended payment terms to support you, you have attempted to intimidate us into altering our terms of service and payment terms by threatening to post negative reviews online. While we empathise with your financial situation, we are a service business, we must stick to our agreed terms and conditions and payment terms to maintain a viable business ourselves. Cons If I could change one thing about FireFish it would be, a list to show in order the date of availability of candidates when you do a search for a specific candidate. I would also like it if it showed candidates "skills" in one section on the main screen of their profile.
