June 2, 2022 4.0 Working on CEIPAL has solved many difficulties for me. Switching between different job portals has become a simple task because to Ceipal's ease of use. Pros Ceipal's Integrated Search has made things easier for me because I now have access to all of the job sites I use, and recruitment has been a breeze since I started using it. Working has been an amazing experience. Cons Backend issues with CEIPAL, such as difficulty opening resumes and errors while moving resumes, are considerable. I experienced this a few days ago, and there is occasionally a lag when loading resumes. Manager Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "I am satisfied with how Ceipal is working for me with my new hire process" January 20, 2026 4.0 Ceipal will keep the resumes from being lost in the mess of my email box when the boss is yelling. I can view what the rest of the team is doing on the dashboard without needing to call everyone. The dashboard also allows the job boards and the harvesting tools to run in the background. At least Ceipal keeps my database somewhat organized so I do not lose my mind. Pros At least the candidate hotlist is now actually being loaded into Ceipal. And the java developer candidates the AI was able to find were unexpected and nice. I've finally got all of the candidate data and sales notes on one screen so I do not have to click through a thousand different screens on my old monitor. Cons The user interface is obviously very outdated and has far too many clicks before you are even able to pull off a simple report.
