Pros

First time using Ceipal, it's beginner friendly and stores an enormous amount of data.

Till now, it's 1 - it cannot read the image resume. The space shows - blank white page.

I have mixed reactions i only like two features in CEIPAL Job posting and bulk mailing other than that I don't like any other features. so I'd say my experience with ceipal is mostly dissatisfied.

Pros

What I like most about CEIPAL is the Job posting feature it Is swift and effective.

Cons

I'm not too fond of most of the other features on CEIPAL when sourcing candidates it always shows the candidates with a lot of experience compared to what we want, and the overall layout is very confusing for most of the users.

excellent experience I got before working companies I used different once like wise step and other Vultus like as ATS but with this I got good experience and make my process easier.

Pros

Can work with different portals at one time and can lock the candidate you reach then its help to before lock by others. and it will helps to show recent uploaded profiles to 1 year profiles so then we can easily reach by time.

Pros

It can be customized as per our needs. Reports are the best feature for the team manager to track the progress of every team member on a real-time basis. Reports can be subscribed and you will see them in your email with all the required data

Cons

Custom BI needs more improvement. Developers should be open to feedback from end users and inculcate the features as per customer needs; sometimes, we face difficulties in the integration of API from other portals.

My overall experience in is very satisfied. I would like to work by using CEIPAL in future too cause it helps me many times when I can't get the profiles from other sides.

Pros

I like while source the profile. It gives me the exact profile what I'm looking for. And it's a user friendly so this is soo good to use in professional way.

Cons

The least I would say is the nothing much. One thing is sometimes it shows the same resume repeatedly.

Firstly I was using another software and that was creating many issues but when we came to use Seamless, it gave us a sudden chance to get the correct details of clients to manage the relation with them and while using it we get a good chance to grow ourselves.

It gives the client details exactly what we want in our data.

Cons

I don't like it recent update in software when it hides the icon from chrome.
