I would be able to share my experience in 6 months from now. Pros I really like the way the product is improving on regular basis and the wonderful support from the technology and support team. The product has all the features which one would need as a recruiter, sales person, account management, backend team, and the owner of the company. Cons I personally there can be more features and customisation available for database search. There are some gaps when you start using the tool in terms of workflow in accordance to the recruitment life cycle. I am sure the product is aware about it and must be working on improving it.
