I have mixed reactions i only like two features in CEIPAL Job posting and bulk mailing other than that I don't like any other features. so I'd say my experience with ceipal is mostly dissatisfied.

Pros

What I like most about CEIPAL is the Job posting feature it Is swift and effective.

Cons

I'm not too fond of most of the other features on CEIPAL when sourcing candidates it always shows the candidates with a lot of experience compared to what we want, and the overall layout is very confusing for most of the users.

Cons

Ceipal ATS Is extraordinary to find the best talent in the engineering fields and many other fields. But I felt it challenging in building the strings to find the right pool.

If i talk about my overall experience, it has been great working with Ceipal, it has been almost 2 years working with Ceipal and the best thing I like about Ceipal is that its easy of use. Its a great tool for fulfilling our recruitment needs.

Pros

It has a user friendly interface. We can integrate different job portals (like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Tech Fetch) with Ceipal.

Cons

We cannot preview of resume in full screen. Its customer support takes a lot of time to respond.

excellent experience I got before working companies I used different once like wise step and other Vultus like as ATS but with this I got good experience and make my process easier.

Can work with different portals at one time and can lock the candidate you reach then its help to before lock by others. and it will helps to show recent uploaded profiles to 1 year profiles so then we can easily reach by time.

Ceipal is the finest finance ATS I've ever used. I've been in the market for the last 10 years and have used multiple ATS. Compared to all others, Ceipal is the best ATS and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I like least about Ceipal is when we need to collect documents from candidates. If we send the email directly, they might feel a bit worried to share the documents. However, when we share the link through Ceipal, they find it much easier to share the documents
