We can integrate top-notch job boards like dice, monsters, carrier builders, etc. We can tract the applicant status from submission to placement. we can post the jobs in job portal there are lots of option for filters in so many aspects. One of the best ATS in industry. Pros Ceipal ATS is one of the widely used ATS in overall systems. It is user friendly and the learning ceipal is very efficient and effective. It is useful to track the candidate from screening, sourcing and placing etc. Cons Ceipal ATS has more advanced features but some least aspects sometimes it run slowly and the server becomes an error. I like that we can add Dice, monster, etc. Cons We have not had much luck finding GOOD quality candidates lately, search needs to be more user friendly specially the filters. Pros Ceipal is user friendly and has good UI to work with. its dashboard is simple and easy to access and understand. While working its quick and easy to open any page required. Adding more filter or customization features to Ceipal can help boost the output. Cons The loading speed of the resume should be increased. Output of the Boolean search should be more precise. Also it keeps a track of Interviews etc. we need not to switch to different portals at a time. i am using the option "Integrated Search". Pros Ceipal Reduces time to hire by over 50%, it also Increase candidate engagement. as 50+ job portals can be Integrated in it. Cons Sometimes profiles migrated are irrelevant as it does not pick all the keyword, omit on its own. Email merge option can also be increased in number. Pros Ease of Use and Integration.We could easily integrate with a couple of job boards, LinkedIn and also upload most of our past profile data into Ceipal. Job postings became easy on our Company website and on LinkedIn giving us a greater reach and exposure to the company. Productivity has gone up just as there was a slow down in the market. Cons Restriction of parsing through email to 150 per day.Not being integrated with all job portals. Only Naukri and Monster ( Now FoundIt) are integrated. If I have to choose a feature I like the most, I would say "Recruiter Dashboard" , it gives me a lot of insight for personal & Team activities , I use it to track my performance & to Improve my self Cons Its an All-In-One Software for staffing/recruiter companies, though the existing features are more than enough for me , rather than adding feature I would like to see more improvement on some of the existing features, Chat system recently sucks a little bit, I use to get notified in my mail by ceipal when I have response from candidate I texted, now I don't, I have to refresh the SMS Dashboard to get new messages, which is very inconvenient. Cons The features lost from paid for services by using the integration and not directly using the platform. The lack of ability to track activity if working directly on other platforms. Job postings seem illusive and you can’t hyperlink to see your active job post once it live. Would like to see metrics on job posting - how many people interacted with the post.
