I've banked with several different banks and it has always been an option. Easy to use, no complications, questions, freezes or holding of funds for no reason

Pros

Easy to access with any business bank account.. offered everywhere and well known and trustworthy product

Cons

Haven't had any issues with them yet. Everyone knows the name, like a brand name and it lives up to it's reputation

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR PRECIOUS TIME! Worst company I have ever tried to work with. Impossible to get anyone or any department to try to help resolve the problem or refund the money. Still trying to hit my bank account after I cancelled my account and sold the equipment.

Pros

Nothing about the product or the company is liked!

Cons

They downloaded an app not requested onto my account, they started charging me several hundred dollars each month, refused to try to refund, impossible to get through to the right department to correct, still charging me after I have cancelled all of my account and sold the equipment. Now trying to block them from my account working through my bank.

Pros

I like the way the Clover looks. Very sleek and modern. I am most impressed with the reporting features.

Cons

The Clover system just is not suited very well for a repair shop environment. Our employees found the easiest way to ring up customers was to create custom transactions and type in a description for each transaction. I was very disappointed that the Clover is not able to play video. We had several promotional videos we would like to play for our customers, but were unable to do so on the Clover system. I hoped there would be an app that would play video. I was also disappointed in the high price of the Quickbooks sync app. For this reason, I have to manually input everything into Quickbooks.

Pros

Clover is extremely easy to use. It's easy to teach all of our employees also. Its great to be able to toggle back and forth between different accounts as well.

Cons

Clover is not easy to set up on android, I've had multiple employees that have had issues setting up a pin using an android phone. Other than that I have no complaints!

Clover is easy to use, once everything is in place. I love the fact that I can take the "mini" with me when we have out of office events and/or programs.

Pros

This product was recommended to us. We are a Thrift Store. Processes are seamless and reporting is easy to understand and reconcile. We are implementing this into our administrative offices as well.

Cons

integrating with offsite store employees was challenging, but we got it done. All of our stores are now using Clover

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have had a major issue caused by their mistake and they in no way will communicate with you when you have an issue

Pros

The ease of use. Since at this point it is all I like about this program I highly doubt I will continue with it. Easy use is not enough, I need customer service also.

Cons

Clover/Fiserv customer service is horrible. You can never talk to anyone with any authority to get anything done about your problem. They do not answer emails EVER

Pros

There are a large number of apps for specific tasks. This POS can be customized to work with our business better than any other in its' price range. The user interface is very clean and intuitive.

Cons

Adding inventory and updating items is cumbersome and time consuming. The bar code scanner is very unreliable.

I loved the design of the machine and how easy it was to set up and start using it! Customer service was amazing and helpful!

Cons

Every now and then it would somehow disconnect from our network but after a lot of troubleshooting we figured out it was our outdated router!

It is a good small business credit card machine. You have to get used to it tho and should check before getting it if it talks to your other products

I like that how easy the credit card function is

Cons

It doesn't run daily reports with name and amount like I need it to. Also, doesn't talk to other apps

I found it, so far, the easiest way to order pickup food online. "Here's the menu, pick what you want, checkout with Google Pay, see you in 15"... none of all the extra efforts and fees of other services.

Pros

I have only used it a handful of times and only at one restaurant. It was for pickup food orders. It was easy and, rather than other payment methods (like DoorDash) was free to use. Also integrated very easy with my Google Pay.

Cons

I would like to see it at more restaurants... but that's not the fault of the software.

I love using Clover! I can order my food or drink ahead of time and also earn rewards all while using the app! It is simple to use and I love having my food ready for me to pickup by the time I get to whatever restaurant I am using it for!

Cons

I wish there was more of a selection of businesses that used Clover and offered rewards.

With the clover device I can take care of all tasks in one place, billing, returns , purchases, inventory, accounting pages etc. The clover device has it all included.

It’s ease of use can be a little more then most but once learned it is not a issue

Dealing with the clover app and card reader has been a total nightmare. My workers couldn’t get paid due to promises not being fulfilled on clovers end . Telling me money will be available on a certain day then when i look in my account, nada !! Thanks for nothing clover!!

Pros

Its very user friendly!nothing at all !!

Cons

They charge you a percentage when card is not present for security reasons, but they still dont place money in the account when supposed to . This will run a small company in the ground . They make promises that they do not uphold!

Reason for choosing Clover

My bank WELLS FARGO recommended them . They are very upset about there handling of this situation!

Overall, a great software for reward points system. Much more simple than signing up with an email and telling the employee all my personal information - spelling everything out for them.

Pros

I loved how easy it was to sign up for a business' reward system. The Clover information would be on the receipt and I could redeem points/sign up after the purchase was complete - which is not allowed for a lot of places!

Cons

I think it's still easier to use Five Stars compared to Clover. Would be great if Clover offered a way to just use your phone number at the restaurant or business to sign up for membership.

Pros

What I like most about the software is that integrates into QuickBooks. I also like the report summaries.

Cons

What I like least about the software is that during integration it can create or choose categories that are incorrect in QuickBooks.

it's a simple, sleek design and interface. pretty intuitive for the most part once you figure it out.

Cons

the connection between booker and clover is not ideal. customer service takes forever and is never easy. clients get confused a lot.

Terrible and NOT recommended. Buyer beware! ANY issues at all and youre on your own!

Pros

POS looks great an was easy to use. We initially loved it.

Cons

Customer support was horrible. We were being over charged by them and when we addressed the issue, they stopped depositing our transactions. Their effort to "fix" was disastrous. It cost me money and tons of time. They tossed me around from one representative to another. It forced me to find another credit card processor and POS.

We know the workaround for our connectivity issues, which don't generally take us down for long periods of time, so doesn't impact our sales & services. The other pros are worth the effort!

Pros

Clover is very user friendly, it's easy to make administrative changes to your items and track your totals on an as needed basis.

Cons

We have connectivity issues, sometimes it's daily, sometimes its only once a week. We've checked with our ISP and they said it's software connection issues. Also, there is a monthly fee associated with the Clover, that Apple Square does not have.

Reason for choosing Clover

I am not a huge fan of apple products.

I have operated pos systems for over 20 years and this one can get frustrating when you have a line of people to check out.

Pros

It looks good ! :) We like the touch screen except there should an easy access return and refund tab.

Cons

The reports are way to limited, way to difficult to do returns and refunds, horrible to try to return or refund a single item on a multi Item sale. On returns and refunds you should be able to scan the Item and return or refund and have it return it to the inventory. There is more......

This company is a complete joke please stay away from this we never post reviews but all what you read before this is complete true. They will hold your funds make promises and customer service are just terrible!!! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else right now they holding $5700 of our funds at their risk department and no one is available to help out we would never recommend this company to any one bad bad experience! Hopefully we would not have to go farther and open a law case under this business. Save yourself a big headache!

Nothing it’s not friendly and customer service is very bad

Pros

It was extremely easy to set up, and easy to use. The user interface is beautiful, and customers really enjoy how sleek and clean it looks.

Cons

Once you have over 1,000 products in your inventory, the inventory gets a little buggy. Takes forever to update, doesn’t update properly, etc.
